Enjoy 2 community pools, tennis courts and nature trails. Perfect for couples or small families, this corner unit boasts a king size bed, hallway bunk beds and sleeper sofa. LOCATION! Less than 2 miles to iconic Seaside and walking distance to wonderful shops and restaurants.

    -The bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, blackout curtains, 1/2 bath with closet is adjacent.
    -Hallway bunks
    -Sofa sleeper
    -Spacious bar counter with 4 barstools
    -Private, large patio with a table that seats 4 and 2 additional chairs and side table. Perfect for enjoying a meal or your morning coffee.
    -Well-equipped kitchen that includes pots, pans, dishes, silverware
