We saw dolphins playing every morning. We had an issue with a sink not draining and a leaking shower hose. The sink not draining was quickly taken care of but the shower hose never did. The most annoying thing was the air conditioner. It worked well when people were present and moving throughout the property. At night, it would shut itself off because no one was moving. When we woke up because it was too hot and walked near the thermostat it immediately kicked back on without touching it. We just finished up the trip in the C'est La Vie unit and it was absolutely wonderful! There was plenty of space for 6 adults and one child, with room for more children if we had needed it. The bunk room having queens on the bottom for adults and twins up top for kids really was nice. The finishes and decor were all updated and beautiful. There were a few worn spots here and there you could tell were just from the unit being in an older complex, but there's not much you can do about the age of the building. The view from the balcony was gorgeous, we spent a lot of time out there in the morning. Getting to the beach was a little bit of a walk from the unit. You really have to wind around the second floor to get to the staircase that leads you to the boardwalk, but it was worth it to have the view of the ocean from the second floor. Pool was excellent to have when you've have enough of the beach. Parking is extremely easy. Beach in front of the complex is private and super spacious and there is umbrella service you can purchase while there. (totally worth it). The unit came with a ton of sand toys and wave boards. All in all- this was such an excellent unit! I would absolutely rent again. ##### Brittney V. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The proximity to the beach and pool was fantastic! However, there were several issues that kept me from giving this unit a high rating. First was cleanliness. The lamps looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks due to the layer of dust on them. We let housekeeping know and a lady came over and wiped one lamp and said, “Is that it?” One other issue was the large cockroach that we found in the track of the sliding door. Second, the walking gate to the complex was broken and hanging. The sliding door in the unit was stuck and took a lot of force just to open. We put dish liquid on the track which made it a little easier. The hot water is set to a scalding level and the water temperature will change suddenly. You cannot access any tv channels, it is all app-driven. The unit has some annoying issues but the location is great. ##### Greg S. And Dune Allen was perfect for us in every way: property location perfect, every room comfortable, common spaces had views to the ocean, and the wrap-around patio was a favorite hangout from morning to night. ##### Cliff W. Check-in/Check-out was a breeze. Enough room to spread your legs and multiple tv's for everyone to have a space when it was time to "chill." Reviewer Comments: The remodel on this unit is very well done and furnishings are nice and the unit is well appointed. The bedding was very comfortable and the ice maker was much appreciated!! The patio furniture needs a little attention and for the technically challenged it was impossible to watch TV. One other issue is there is no counter space in the 2nd and 3rd bath.
