The resort features a pool, year-round hot tub, and gas grills—just steps from beach access. Includes beach chairs, umbrella, and in-unit washer/dryer. Perfect for families seeking a peaceful 30A retreat. Primary renter must be 21+. Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit. About the Community/Property: Experience the laid-back quiet environment afforded you in this exclusive complex. Just steps away from two Lake Causeway Beach access points you can take a leisurely walk to the beach to enjoy evening sunsets. Azure of 30A features a resort style pool and a spa The community pool is not heated, whereas the community hot tub is heated year-round! There are two gas grills by the pool available for guest use. About the Vacation Rental Unit: This vacation rental features: 3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom King Bedroom- Sleeps 2 King Bedroom-Sleeps 2 Bunk Bedroom- sleeps 4 Sleeper Sofa-Sleeps 2 Maximum Guest Occupancy: 10 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.) The photo of the building and surrounding area in the posting was a little confusing, as the walkable Main Street depicted isn’t around the property from what we could tell. Otherwise, it couldn’t have been better. Walking distance to the beach and the unit came with chairs and umbrellas you can borrow to enjoy. Great location and plenty of room for a family to enjoy. The one downside is that there is a an 8-bedroom short-term rental right behind the complex and a large group was there and loud until past midnight multiple nights we were there. The city has a quiet time starting at 10pm and we called the police one night but they were still lout until 12:30am so not sure if the police even came by. We had to leave the primary bedroom (which is the room at the back of the unit closest to this other rental), and sleep in the room with the bunk beds two nights just to be able to fall asleep because we didn't have earplugs with us.
