Situated on a beautiful oversized lot on Tupelo Street, there is lots of space to enjoy the outdoors just as much as the indoors. French doors from the front porch welcome you into the living area with a sense of grand spaciousness provided by a vaulted ceiling. Natural finished pine floors are found throughout the cottage. The kitchen has been updated with quartz countertops, tile back splash and stainless-steel appliances. The dining area includes a buffet area to host family dinners. Another set of French doors off the living area leads to a screened back porch for relaxing at the end of the day. The expansive back yard is shaded with mature oaks and magnolia trees and is the perfect setting for outdoor entertaining. A guest bedroom with queen bed and full bath are located on the first level. On the second level is the primary suite with king bed and a private porch. The en suite primary bath has a double vanity, quartz countertops, white tile shower surround and tiled floors. Also on the second level is the laundry area, along with a third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and its own full bath. All three baths have been completely updated recently. Children will scurry back from the beach to be the first to wash the sand from their bathing suits in the outside shower. Private paved onsite parking. ACCOMMODATIONS: (sleeps 10) Bedroom 1: King master, Private Bath with dual sinks, shower only, TV Bedroom 2: Dual bunk room (sleeps 4-6) with 2 full sized beds on bottom bunks and 2 twin beds on top bunk TV, bath with shower/tub combo Bedroom 3: Located downstairs- Queen with bath (shower only) IMPORTANT DETAILS: \* Parking for 2 cars \*\* There is an additional cost to use the 3 pools and fitness center in Seaside. House was great and location was perfect - very close to beach and the main Seaside square where lots of restaurants, etc. were located. The entire area around the house is fantastic with lots of people walking/riding bikes around every day. You really don't need a car to get around (biking or walking is easy).
