Welcome to paradise! This gorgeous 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath home is just what you have been looking for. This home will fill all of your vacation needs. The best part is it's a short stroll to the beach and the community pool is just a few steps away!
As you walk into the front door, you will see the gorgeous living room with ample seating for everyone. Guests are welcomed by an open living area that captures 30A’s laid back attitude. The first floor is home to the kitchen and living room, with dining space for 6. The granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances make for a stunning kitchen.
The front porch is the perfect spot for winding up in the morning with coffee, or chilling out in the evening for an after-beach refreshment.
All of the bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master has a King bed and en suite bathroom, with a stand-alone shower/tub combination! There are two other bedrooms; one has a King sized bed and one has a Queen sized bed and share a jack and Jill bathroom with a stand alone shower.
In the hallway, is a twin sized day bed and a wonderful desk surrounded with gorgeous windows for those who enjoy writing, drawing, or even those who are enjoying a working vacation.

The house location was amazing. Cute neighborhood with plenty of charm and a nice pool. The beach is a short walk/bike ride away and Seaside was close enough for the teens to enjoy every night. The home is charming and just the right size for a smaller group (2 adults and 4 kids).
The location was convenient to shopping and the beach. We loved riding the bikes into town. The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable! We would definitely come back. The only suggestion we have is to retire the bikes provided! They are old and the chains are rusted. The chains continuously fell off the tracks when we rode the bikes. They did bring us 2 different bikes to use to trade in the bikes in the worst shape, but they weren’t much better. Overall, we had a great time! Thank you!!

This was a lovely, convenient and comfortable place for us to call home during our 30A stay! A quick 5-minute bicycle/car/golf cart trip or 10-minute walk to everything: the beach, restaurants, shops, bars of 30A. Then you can escape to a quiet haven tucked away in the wooded private neighborhood where you can hear the sounds of nature when it’s time for rest and relaxation. Loved all the windows and upscale beachy decor.
The house is very nice.Kitchen was well stocked.A few things though….No salt and pepper shaker, small roll of foil or plastic wrap in the kitchen.No beach towels in the house.The bikes need some attention.We ran out of toilet paper the day before checking out, an extra roll in the house would have been nice. We had our couple friends stay, and there is only seating for 3 on the porch.The living room should have some type of blinds or curtains on the 2 doors to the porch. We felt very exposed at night as cars were driving around and the headlights would shine right into the house.
We really enjoyed our stay! House was perfect. And the kids could bike to all of their favorite places. Quiet and cozy community. Enjoyed how close the pool was. Perfect for a family vacation.

The house is beautifully decorated, clean, roomy, and great location. The neighborhood was very cute and quiet but close to everything. The 2 neighborhood pools were very nice and it was a short distance to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!
This house was exactly what we needed. Conveniently located, gate community. Very quiet but could be in hustle and bustle in minutes. Easy walk/bicycle to everywhere.
The house is very lovely, however, we had the smoke detector start going off at 1:00 am. We were unable to sleep the rest of the night! I contacted them the next day to ask for that night to be taken off the bill. They refused and asked why we didn't contact the emergency line. Terrible customer service.
The Hammock was great— we had everything we needed on property and had plenty of space to spread out. We didn’t end up using the pool because it was a little chilly, and ended up spending most time in town or at the beach. Property manager was super responsive when we got in touch about an accident we had on the property, and overall the location was pretty good. A little farther walk to the beach, but doable! I may grab a wagon for the beach next time, but that’s being nit picky since we had a stroller with us anyways.
Great location with easy access to Seaside and the beach. Lovely home. Opportunities to do better would be keeping up routine maintenance like smoke detectors. One battery ran low and was beeping. No ladder was available (ceilings very high) and had a hard time reaching the management company on a Sunday night. Master bed frame needs replacing. Mattress good but the support slats were busted. The kitchen had everything we needed.
This property was very clean and spacious. We read other reviews about the beds not being comfortable but we thought they were fine. One of the bed frames were fragile and we had to fix it a few times. We were given the wrong codes to our front door when checking in and the pool bathroom codes didn’t work for us the entire time . We were able to communicate quickly with the property owners regarding checking in and getting the correct door codes and the situation was handled very well. Other people in the pool area were able to give us the right codes for the pool bathroom. I would stay there again . It was a great vacation and I loved the location .
Great experience overall. The property manager 30A vacay was very responsive (we learned too late that it'd been cheaper to book directly with them). We had a few issues with the wrong gate code (it's a gated community), and a few leaks in the property. We had a weird leak from the ceiling during a storm and some plumbing issues. Manager replied immediately and sent someone right away. They didn't address the leak in the ceiling that somehow stopped by itself but unclogged the bathtub and fixed the leak in the toilet as well. Otherwise, the property is at a very short distance from the beach, by bike it takes only 2-3 mn and by foot less than 10mn. Since we were there during COVID19, we never ate out at a restaurant neither took out any prepared food.
If you are worried about social distancing, do not venture out too much, especially in Seaside proper, no one was wearing masks or being careful. The supermarket, Publix is really close by, so we just purchased everything we needed and cooked all our meals. It felt relatively safe in the supermarket and people were keeping their distances and wearing masks, especially early in the morning.
In the rental, there's a BBQ and some pots and pans. We were only 5 and it would have been more challenging had we been more. Silverware is barely enough to go through the day but overall kitchen is still decently equipped.
Living and dining area are both larger than they appear on pictures. Beds are comfy and firm, water pressure is pretty good. Many doors are weirdly aligned and do not lock, a little annoying when you're in the bathroom but not a main issue when you're with family members.
We didn't use the pool but went to the beach everyday. Seaside has become busier and more organized in the business of rentals. There are golf cars everywhere, and beach chair rentals reserved areas on the beach. Not sure it's an improvement honestly but if you enjoy it, you might want to reserve before you arrive. We needed an extra bike and had trouble finding one on the spot. Seems like beach chairs and any rentals were reserved in advance.
All in all, the Hammocks is a well maintained small gated community and the houses there are cute and seem well maintained too.
