Exhale & unwind at Sea Pines Cottage. After a day of fun-filled adventures, return home to your private retreat nestled among tall pines and towering oak trees alongside a babbling creek. The unique cedar log walls & ceiling with exposed beams provide character long lost in many cottages. The beautiful, recently updated kitchen with new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, and a large island enhances the cottage's rugged construction and flows effortlessly into the spacious great room with a 16-foot ceiling. This rustic cottage sits on ½ a ½-acre lot with a spacious covered front porch with a swing. There is also a fenced backyard with a screened porch & open patio that allows you to enjoy the Florida lifestyle. A wide carport and plenty of room for additional vehicles in the ½ circle driveway. Extra parking for a boat and personal watercraft. Enjoy the open floor plan of the main level. The perfect space to gather for fun and games while the chef in the family prepares meals in the kitchen. There is seating for 4 at the kitchen bar and additional seating for 4 at the table. Easy access through the kitchen to the backyard screened porch and propane gas grill for the grill master in the family. This floor hosts 2 guest bedrooms with a shared bath. The first guest bedroom features a queen bed and flat-screen TV, and the 2nd guest room features twin bunk beds with a flat-screen TV. The 2 guest rooms share the hallway bath with a shower/tub combination and single vanity. The laundry area is located between the bedrooms. Make your way upstairs to the large primary suite located on the 2nd floor, which includes high-beamed ceilings, a spacious bedroom, a closet, and a flat-screen TV. The private balcony is the perfect hideaway to read a book or sip your morning cup of coffee. There is also a queen guest room on the 2nd floor with a flat-screen TV. The 2 second-floor bedrooms share the bathroom, which features a large double sink vanity and a shower/tub combination.
