The pool was very clean, with plenty of lounge chairs provided. It only took a few minutes to walk to the beach. House was very well maintained and decorated. The home itself is located in a very quiet, friendly neighborhood. It is just a short drive to shopping, numerous beaches, and state parks. We would definitely recommend staying here! ##### Daniel J. We had 7 ages 16+ and there was more than enough room for everyone to hang out and have privacy. Best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental. The neighborhood is great. Seabatical was ideal for us. We had, for part of the time, eight people staying there (all family) and everyone was very comfortable. The house has just about every convenience one could ask for, plus some. We had virtually no issues during our stay. The refrigerator made some odd noises at times, but it was not enough of a bother to contact anyone for assistance. We would not hesitate to stay in Seabatical again if we return to the area. ##### Brian S. ---
