DETAILS:
This home offers 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a private pool, a short 5 minute walk, bike or golf cart ride to the beach and wonderful accommodations for up to 15 guests!

Tranquil interiors and refreshing coastal décor set the stage for a relaxing and peaceful getaway. The first floor’s open-concept floorplan welcomes guests to relax and enjoy time together. The living room offers ample seating for your entire group along with a fully-stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs.

On the first floor,
there are 3 bedrooms each with a private full bath as well as a ½ bath in the hallway leading to the back half of the home. Across from the king master bedroom, there is a twin daybed under the stairway.

On the second floor,
there are 4 twin beds in one room with a full bath attached. This room is great for kids or even adults! Across the hall, there is a room with 2 full platform beds.

Guests in this home will love the sparkling private pool and the spacious pool deck with lots of seating. Enjoy a freshly prepared dinner on the large gas grill or take a stroll to enjoy the delectable bites and delicious drinks at Chiringo or Red Bar—two of Grayton Beach’s best local spots.

Great spot!

Close to the beach and plenty of room for us and our friends! We had a few kids with us and it was a blast. Firepit was a great addition to the stay!

Roomy, comfortable, and convenient...what an amazing Grayton Beach experience! From the moment we arrived, our stay was seamless. The property manager was fantastic; check-in was a breeze; the golf cart and bikes were quite popular; and the pool was perfection.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay in Grayton for our yearly family vacation. We rented this house for a bachelorette trip & thought it would be perfect for a family trip as well. We were right! Communication with the host was efficient, beds were extremely comfortable & it was perfect location.

Grayton Beach Hideaway-great for a family vacation

This was our second time to stay at Magnolia Cottage as a family and it was as memorable as the first. Kelly is the best host and the house had everything we needed as a family of 12, from young adults to younger kids. We enjoyed a bonfire and lots of time on the beach. This will continue to be our go to spot. Highly recommend!

Great house for a big family!!!We played on the beach till nap time and enjoyed a refreshing shaded pool in the afternoon.The pool was a lifesaver from the heat!!!

"Grayt" stay in Grayton Beach !!

Easy check in and check out. Had everything we needed for our stay in a very clean home. Convenient walk to beach, etc. great location. Golf cart was very handy to have access to. Everything was great. thank you !

Loved our stay!

We had an amazing stay!! Loved the layout of the house and how the kitchen and family room are away from the bedrooms. All of the bedrooms are big and the beds were comfy too. Pool is great and mostly in the shade which we loved after a long HOT day at the beach. Communication was great w the host - very responsive and helpful with any of my questions. The golf cart, bikes and bon fire were the perfect additions to make for a great week. We’d love to come back to stay again!

Thanksgiving getaway

We had a great stay at Magnolia Cottage! The location is awesome, the house is big and roomy, and the kitchen was well-equipped considering we were doing some turkey-cooking. I’ve stayed in this house before with a large friend reunion group, and it’s just as accommodating with 14 people as it was with the 5 of us plus a baby. We were able to spread out and yell at the football game on Saturday without waking up the baby! We had the pool heated which was fun for a dip. The rental company was excellent to work with which makes it nice!

A well kept secret!

Our third year stay at this property was another one filled with fun and relaxation. The house is clean, comfortable and a great layout. Pool is exactly what’s needed after a morning at the beach….and heated! The management team and owners are quick to reach out to ensure our stay was going well - and this year we had the added bonus of a bonfire on the beach!! Core memories made with that one. We’ll definitely continue our tradition with this house - it’s quickly becoming our home away from home. ♥️

Wonderful House!

Would definitely rent again!!! It’s a great house and functions nicely for adults and small children. The main living area is separated far enough away that early/late sleepers and napping babies (we had 3 all on different sleep schedules) are not bothered by the noise coming from the main area. Beds were comfy and kitchen was well equipped. The use of the golf cart was invaluable with small children!!! The bonfire was a wonderful bonus that we would not have bothered to schedule on our own. Pool was perfect size and nice for those staying back with napping kids. Everything on the site was as described which is always a pleasant surprise. Host was great too!

Lovely home & great location

Our family has been coming to Grayton for multiple years now & have stayed in a few different houses. This is the first time we have stayed at this house & we loved it! It’s in a great location - close to 30a to hope over to Seaside, Watercolor, Blue Mountain, Gulf Place or Destin! But also very easy to get to Rosemary & PCB. It’s a quick & an easy walk, bike ride or golf cart ride to the beach access also. We also walked to Red Bar & the shops at Grayton. The house was laid out well & there’s plenty of space for a small group or a larger group! We were there with just our small family but will keep this house in mind if we want to invite more family next time. The house came with bikes & a golf cart which was great. The kitchen was well-stocked & the beds were very comfortable. We had one minor electrical issue & it was quickly addressed & fixed without a problem! The host was very easy to work with & communicate with before the trip & during. We would definitely recommend this house to any friends or family & would stay here again on another trip!

Everything we expected AND More!

What a fabulous stay we had! The hosts were wonderful to communicate with from start to finish. Cleanliness was super important to us and we found the house to be pristine! The well appointed house was perfect for our entire crew! The beautiful pictures are accurate and the floor plan is perfect. The large bedrooms accommodated the early risers, nap takers and late night movie watchers. Everyone from 1-71 was comfortable. The bikes were fun and helpful. I had no idea how beneficial the gulf cart would be! It was such an added bonus for the rides to the beach, Seaside and state park! The driveway was convenient for three vehicles to maneuver easily. What a special treat to have the bonfire on the beach! In all of our years at a variety of beaches, this was a first. We thoroughly enjoyed it and the attendants were friendly and helpful! We all truly had a GRAYT time!

Great location. Home was perfect for our family of 10 ( 7 adults and 3 adolescents). Home was clean, kitchen well stocked with laundry room. Nice pool with area to grill. Also appreciated the bikes and golf cart. Enjoyed the added bonfire at the beach.
