We arrived and had everything as expected until the second evening. We were awoken to water flooding into the master bedroom bed. The water pan in the AC was over the master and was flooding on to the first floor master suite. Luckily we were able to get a pot and catch the water so the bed was not ruined. The management company did respond immediately and sent a plumber to fix the issue. Needless to say we didn’t get back to sleep until 3 am. The next issue was that there were 4 complimentary bikes for our use that were not properly maintained and we had to rent bikes. Manager was notified issue not resolved. We were given a gift card for the inconvenience of the AC issue which was appreciated. However, if I were the owner of the property, I would have easily given a complimentary one night stay and provided a voucher for bikes. ##### Kierstin L. Only about a 5-7 minute walk. Only issue was small kitchen (all adults so it was a bit of a cram) and lack of cleaning supplies/cooking supplies. Other than that it was great! We walked or took the bikes everywhere we wanted to go. The beds were very comfortable too. It was so cute and charming. A short, 3 minute walk to Watercolor Resort was really convenient. We used the bikes that came with the home and rented a couple extra. We also rented a golf cart during our stay which made getting around Watercolor and Seaside a breeze. We rented kayaks and efoils at Western Lake and played tennis at the tennis center. All in all an amazing trip. This home was right in the middle of it all. ##### Kris F.
