This stunning home boasts a private heated pool, fire pit, multiple expansive porches (top one with GULF VIEWS), BBQ grill, screened-in back porch with dining table, large dining room with fireplace, cozy coastal furnishings, and more! Located in the epicenter of Old Seagrove walking distance to the beach, Seaside, great restaurants, shopping, Publix and more! The space Welcome to 'Delaney's by the Seaside!' This 3-story home is located on a large corner lot and has wonderful Florida charm! The main level has a spacious living room and an open-concept floor plan that opens to the formal dining room with a 2-story fireplace. The gourmet chef's kitchen has a Sub Zero refrigerator, a Wolf range, and two Bosch dishwashers. There is also a wet bar off the kitchen with a separate wine cooler. From there, you can walk out to the secluded screened porch with an additional dining table, perfect for meals al fresco. The outdoor space has a private pool (heated for an additional fee October - April upon request) in the secluded backyard surrounded by privacy fencing. The property also features a BBQ grill and a firepit with sitting area around. As you ascend to the second floor, you'll find the first master suite that has a King bed and French doors that lead to a balcony overlooking the outdoor living area and private pool. The spa-like master bathroom is expansive and features Carrara marble throughout, two separate vanities, a huge walk-in shower with massage jets, and an oversized cast iron soaking tub. Across the hall is a bedroom with 2 Twin beds - great for kids! Also, on this level, you will find the second master suite with a King bed and a sitting room. This suite also opens to the balcony overlooking the outdoor living area and private pool. An additional spacious balcony also runs the full length of the front of the house providing yet another secluded and tranquil area to relax. The second floor also has a secondary living room connected to the master suite with a built-in wet bar. The third floor has three additional bedrooms, a bedroom with a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, another bedroom with a Queen bed and shared bathroom with a glass shower, and a bunk bedroom with a Twin-over-Full bunk bed with a Twin trundle pullout. There is direct access to another private balcony overlooking the pool area. This bedroom also has direct access to the shared bathroom with a glass shower. The property description was on point for this charming home. Our group had 10 preteens/teens and 5 adults and the home had ample space for all! Any issues we had during the stay were promptly addressed by property management. It was walkable to beach, Seaside, and Seagrove market, but felt very quiet and removed from the hubbub. The home was thoughtfully appointed with plenty of dishes/utensils in kitchen. Great bedrooms and bathrooms and porches. We enjoyed the pool as well. The management was very attentive and handled a small issue we had very quickly. It is possible that I did not recognize the email sender and deleted them. I receive hundreds of junk emails, many from vacation providers, that I delete. They may not have experienced a non reply previously, but I suggest that if they do encounter a non reply repeatedly that they or Vrbo try another form of communication. ##### John D. It was a beautiful home in a great location. Beautifully decorated as well. The management company also responded quickly with any questions or requests we had.
