The location is close to everything (including the beach). The property is a good size for 2 families. The bunk bed in the upstairs hallway was very convenient. The house was good. The pool was a little smaller than we thought. The beach and other activities were close by. One of the problems we had was the parking. The drive is very small and difficult to maneuver. The rental is located in a cul de sac. We noticed other residents parking around the cul de sac and began parking guest vehicles in the same manner. One of the neighbors called the property manager about our parking. The property manager called me and asked us not to park in the cul de sac. I asked them where I should park our vehicles and she said Publix which is about a 10 minute drive. The next day a gentleman stopped by to advise us that the same neighbor complained again about our parking and that we had exceeded the amount of people allowed to stay at the rental. He told us that the driveway fit 5 vehicles at a time. We could barely fit 3 midsize vehicles in the drive. The parking is terrible. The stay was ok. Any bumps we had in the road at check in were addressed immediately. It’s a great space for families. The heated pool was nice since we were there during a cold snap. The short distance to the beach and the private pool are great. Also, very close to restaurants, walkable or short drive. The owner was super organized and ensured that my stay met my expectations. We want to return next year! The walk to beach access is short and the large porch is a great place to relax. Love the swing bed on the porch and the bunk room for our teens.
