This condo offers spacious living, the well thought out floor plan allows for natural light to fill every inch of the kitchen and living room. Facing south, perfect views can be admired from the bedroom, living and dining area. This coastal chic unit has been recently updated with everything you need for a relaxing stay along 30a. Bedroom 1: Queen Family Room: Sleeper Sofa The living room is beautifully designed with coastal decor. Enjoy a movie from the sofa or admire the views of the Gulf from this space. Prefer to sit outside? The balcony is easily accessed from the main living space, where guests are welcomed to a spacious balcony. The bedroom boasts windows allow for natural light to fill the entire room. Wake up in the queen-sized bed to dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a sleeper sofa that is perfect for children or a guest and offers queen bed and Gulf views. Additionally, this condominium building offers a common laundry room with both a washer and dryer. Amenities include three pools, a hot tub, tennis courts and a nature trail. Playa Bonita is the perfect residence for an Emerald Coast vacation. With exquisite amenities and close proximity to shopping, entertainment and dining, guests can enjoy everything 30A has to offer. NOTE: The unit sits in the heart of Gulf Place, right above Shelby's restaurant, across the street from the Public Beach entrance and on the corner surrounded by a ton of activity. So you will experience street/crowd noise till 10pm. PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS: You have access to two private beaches as a guest of Gulf Place: Coats Blanca and Villas at Santa Rosa Beach. Please refer to the attached photos for guidelines on using each beach. Gulf Place is located on the west end of 30A in-between Blue Mountain and Dune Allen Beach. It has a relaxed, laid-back vibe with something for everyone in your group. Gulf Place Community Amenities include: 3 Deeded Beach Accesses, 3 heated community pools, 2 with hot tubs, Tennis and Pickle Ball Courts, 19 miles of a dedicated bike path, Shuffleboard Courts, Corn Hole Boards, and much more. Great location just seconds from the beach. The information about the trash location was inaccurate and we never found the appropriate place to dispose of garbage that the property said we were required to take out. A large portion of the lights/light switches did not work. There was not a dishwasher although the property said it needed to be loaded upon check out. Finally, and the most frustrating, they provided two rolls of toilet paper for a five day stay. When we asked for more, they told us that they only provide “starter amenities”. I’ve never heard toilet paper referred to as an amenity. I’m not sure what the host fee and service fee covers if it doesn’t cover paper products. We were attending a wedding and disappointed when we couldn’t press our clothes because the iron had water in it from a previous guest. This is a wonderful property that has so much potential with a few repairs and more attention to detail in the cleaning/property management areas. ##### Whitney G. Gulf Place was a very cozy property within walking distance to the beach. From morning coffee, to dinner just about everything was a few steps away. Alot of detail in wood trim from shiplap to cool barn door very close to beach but very noisy from the 2 restaurants Shunk Gulley and one directly below the unit which had a musician playing at night. Also unfortunately the new owners of most of the complex have added Alvins shops all through out. Played loud Jamacian music in the Artist Villages. I felt like I was in Jamacia so different than it was a year or so ago. Not a good vibe for me anymore😒 The new owners pretty much kicked the shops out that had been there for years and turned into Alvins! :( It's all about greed and money. I will not be staying in Gulf Place again.
