The living room has a cozy feel and comfortable seating arrangements. The second floor offers most of the sleeping arrangements, with a screened in balcony that has several outdoor seating options to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. When you feel like exploring, you will have access to the many amenities of WaterColor, including, but not limited to the WaterColor Beach Club, Camp WaterColor, & so much more! NOTE: When booking, please provide the correct number of adults and children that will be staying in the home. WaterColor requires a wristband for all guests 5 years and older, to allow access to the amenities (pool and beach) so you must provide the correct number of guests to ensure everyone will have access to the community amenities. We are not able to provide additional wristbands after your arrival, so it is imperative you inform us at least two weeks before your arrival if there is a change after the time of booking. The HOA will not allow more than 12 guests in this home at any time, and they will not issue more than 12 bands per stay. No exceptions can be made. The only complaints were that there were barebones amenities provided (one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no garbage bags, dirty dish brushes and no new sponge). The other issue was that it had not been properly cleaned. There were a couple bugs and hairs in different showers and tubs and the amount of dust and dirt under furniture was substantial. Upping the management and cleanliness of the home would make it a truly outstanding property! ##### Anna S.
