The ocean view from basically every direction was amazing. This house was in the perfect location to the beach, pool and restaurants. You could get to anything in les than 2 minutes. It was perfect for my family, which included our elderly parents who loved the 1st floor master (we took the upstairs master) and the kids loved the twin room! Beach n Bogey was perfect for our family. Master bedroom for us downstairs and bedrooms for the kids upstairs. A nice gated community with a lovely pool, an easy walk to the beach, great location at the quiet end of 30A and incredible views of the Gulf and the Santa Rosa Country Club golf course from the top. Highlights were proximity to the beach, quiet neighborhood, and the crows nest. Best Gulf view from anywhere in the neighborhood. We had plenty of room to host guests and appreciated the beach chairs and other beach items for our use. Although it's a bit dated, it worked well for our needs. The rental company was very responsive and helpful in getting us in the day after the big snowstorm. Our stay at this home was everything we hoped for. The ocean view from the house was beautiful—such a peaceful spot to relax in the mornings or unwind at sunset. The home is located in a gated community which was very quiet. It's just steps from the community pool, which was super convenient for quick swims. Inside, the house was clean, comfortable, kid friendly (not white couches, lol) and had a welcoming feel. Beach days were easy thanks to the beach chairs and wagon that were provided. We really appreciated those little extras that made things feel effortless. Huge thanks to Beach Luxury Vacations for making everything smooth and stress-free. WOW those ocean views!!! I love that this home was kid friendly. The sunbrella fabric on the dining chairs and couches instead of all of the pure white you see everywhere actually let us enjoy dinner rather than panicking every time the kids would take a bite. The house was spotless and the we loved that the neighborhood was gated and quiet. My wife thinks the Barbie bathroom is the neatest things she has ever seen. This place by far has the BEST views from the crows nest of the Gulf of Mexico. It's the highest point around and looks over the rooftops of all the other houses. The neighborhood pool is located directly across the street and the beach is only 1 block away. The small gated neighborhood is quiet and has a laid back Key West feel to it. Every night we had glass of wine and dinner in the hawks nest and relaxed with ocean views as far as I could in each direction. The dining table and chairs up there are trex type and very sturdy! The sunset is incomparable! The home has close proximity to the beach, yet it felt so secluded away from the mass crowds of Destin, Panama City and the Seaside cluster of spring break kids. The pool was also very nice, I loved that it was a salt water pool instead of chlorine. The house exceeded our expectations with room for everyone to spread out in. The hawks nest ocean view is so beautiful and private. I can actually calm down a bit and truly have a relax. Pretty sure I never wanted to come down and leave that view. The gated community felt quiet and secure. My kids love the pool. It is very close to Stinky's Fish Camp, one of our favorite restaurants. There are many beach accesses nearby and the management company gave us a list with addresses and tons of info about parking, on site restrooms and lifeguard which was very important to us with small children. We are familiar with the area but having that info was still very helpful. The roof terrace is simply amazing, and we spent every evening up there. The porch and second-level outdoor area give plenty of room to enjoy without feeling cramped. The sunroom/office provided a great/ private location to work remotely during the day. Our 2-year-old grandchild had plenty of room to play both inside and on both porches. It is a very short and easy walk to the beach. The community the house is in is very nice, distinguished-looking, walkable, and quiet. The surrounding areas are also very nice, quiet, and walkable. Easy drive to local stores. This house exceeded my expectations, especially considering the reasonable costs. The beach is also very well kept, and the water was crystal clear. Since this was a working trip for me, faster internet connectivity would have been ideal, but I was able to get by.
