Perfectly situated just 381 feet from the beach via a sandy footpath and only one block from Seaside’s vibrant town center, this retreat puts over 40 shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Guests enjoy private off-street parking in the driveway, with access to the home via a rear deck. Along the side of the cottage, bar seating for two offers a peaceful perch overlooking the lush, tree-lined paths a perfect morning coffee hang out location. Inside, the main level features a thoughtfully designed queen bedroom suite with custom built-ins, dual closets, under-bed storage, reading lights on each side, and a large flat-screen TV. The ensuite bath includes a single vanity and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. Upstairs, the open, airy second floor is filled with natural light from surrounding windows. The living area includes a queen sofa sleeper perfect for the kids, a bistro dining table for two, and a large mounted flat-screen TV. Excellent communication from host. Home was just as described. The host went above and beyond to welcome us with clear instructions prior to arrival and timely reminder texts. It was stocked with provisions of seaside toiletries and basic kitchen necessities which were perfect for our three night stay. We loved the thoughtfulness that went into an amazing welcome package of a cooler bag, beach towels, wine (and bottle opener!), coffee, and local information.
