This charming coastal condo is located in Gulf Place Residences. It’s beautifully furnished and the open concept design keeps you connected to all the fun, but with space to retreat when you need to. It has everything you could want in your home away from home and you’re just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, pool, and shops. ABOUT THE AREA: The Gulf Place Residences is located on the west end of 30A in-between Blue Mountain and Dune Allen Beach. It has a relaxed, laid-back vibe with something for everyone in your group. Gulf Place Community Amenities include: 3 Deeded Beach Accesses, 3 community pools, 2 of which are heated, and 2 with hot tubs, 2 Tennis Courts, 19 miles of dedicated bike path, Shuffleboard Courts, Corn Hole Boards, Walking Trails, Restaurants, Cafe, Pizzeria, Shops, Art Galleries, Live Events, & Ed Walline Beach Park with Lifeguards, facilities, and boardwalk! The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was clean and we are picky about that. Kitchen was well-appointed. Had an issue with AC first day and management was on top of it, worked fine the rest of the week. The condo was so comfy and immaculate. The kitchen was so well equipped and the linens were top of the line.The entire condo is beautifully decorated. We were in close proximity to restaurants, shops and the beach. Everything we needed was available. So close to the beach; a two minute walk to a private beach entrance. We loved it here and can't wait to come again. We loved our stay at On Beach Time! Great romantic getaway. So close to private beach and amazing restaurants, loved riding bikes and strolling around Gulfplace. The beautiful sunsets over the gulf from the balcony were an added surprise. Condo had everything we needed! Great coastal decor my wife loved! Will definitely return.
