Timeless and endlessly charming, Beach Hideaway is a classic beach bungalow with three bedrooms and an ideal 30A location. It’s nicely nestled in the center of an oversized lot on the western end of 30A, just down the street from the popular Goat Feathers Seafood Restaurant- yum! Families will adore the open floor plan, private bedrooms, and easy beach access that’s just a quick 10-minute walk or a 2-minute golf cart ride away. The welcoming front porch leads inside to the wide-open great room, a well-designed living space that was built with families in mind. Tile floors and soaring vaulted ceilings make the room feel very spacious, while overhead there’s a cooling paddle fan. Relax on one of two oversized plush sofas that are piled high with throw pillows and face the large HDTV. Everyone will love to gather together here for a lazy night in with a delicious local pizza and a great movie. In the open-concept kitchen, an L-shaped peninsula bar has seating for four, while the nearby farmhouse-style dining table has seating for six more.
