The house is stunning - very clean, with beautiful, updated rooms and bathrooms and comfortable furniture. There is a television in every room and two separate 'living' areas. We loved the screened in patios. The house is at the end of the a quiet street so it was surrounded by trees and so peaceful. The neighborhood is very conveniently located - literally just down the road from the Publix grocery store and a 2 mile ride to the beach or the Seaside stores. Having the golf cart and bikes included was incredible and really added to the experience. We went on a few walks in the neighborhood and everyone was very friendly. The pool was heated which worked great since it was a little chilly on a couple of the days we were there. We had everything we needed in this home. Definitely a 10/10 experience. The openness of the house made it feel like we weren’t all on top of each other. I think the one complaint we would have is the 2 bedrooms at the front of the house are very small and not enough storage. One room had a closet that was not easy to get into with the bed being a king and the other bedroom had no closet. It would make more sense to have queen beds for a little extra space. The tv in the kitchen/ sitting area didn’t work. The dishwasher didn’t seem to fit in the space due to having to adjust the door to close it. The golf cart and bikes were a huge hit. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was PERFECT! it had everything we needed to be comfortable both from a sleeping aspect and cooking and entertaining. The beds were VERY comfortable and the master bathtub was so nice. The golf cart was quiet, like brand new and fun to take around the area to explore and also to get to the beach and Seaside/Watercolor. it was a little uncomfortable for us to drive 395 on a golf cart, but many people did it and it ended up being pretty safe. PUBLIX grocery store is immediately outside the neighborhood. The management company was very professional and easy to reach with quick responses from them. MY ONLY, I REPEAT ONLY COMPLAINT (I feel bad to even mention this, but I want to be comprehensive in my review. I know I appreciate it when others leave a detailed review) is the $400 cleaning fee. I expected perfection for that price, but there was dust behind the bathtub, a LITTLE BIT of mold in a corner of one or 2 of the showers and dust on many of the baseboards. IF THE CLEANING FEE were less, I would NOT HAVE EXPECTED these things to be addressed. OVERALL, though the house was clean and WE WOULD DEFINITELY RENT THIS PLACE AGAIN!! Very happy with the house and everything. A few things— the king bed had a pee spot still on the sheet upon arrival. There was also female product wrappers in one of the bathrooms.
