You can easily access the backyard pool, lounge, and outdoor kitchen from this floor. There are two bedrooms, one bunk room that sleeps ten (10), each bed has its own tv and a queen bedroom nearby. The second floor is the main living area that includes the beautiful chef's kitchen, dining area and living room as well as two king bedrooms. The third floor has another comfortable living area, two (2) King suites and a family suite with a queen bed and a twin bunk bed. Completing this magnificent home is the roof top sun deck. There's an outdoor covered kitchen, dining area and seating for you to enjoy the ocean breezes and view. Blue Mountain is one of the 30A coastal communities that rests between Gulf Place and Grayton Beach. We had a range of 2 to 72 years old in our party and every one of us had a wonderful time. The house was so well equipped and kept in excellent shape. Hollie, the property manager was so responsive and pleasant to work with. She answered our many questions about the area quickly and provided great guidance. This home was the best vacation rental we have stayed in. Each bedroom with its own bathroom was luxurious for 7 families. The living space with two master bedrooms was perfect for our older companions. Having the deck in main living area looking over the pool was absolutely perfect. The kitchen was a chefs kitchen and the dining table large enough for 15 people was fun. The location and outdoor spaces were perfect for stormy days where the beach wasn’t ideal. Having multiple mini refrigerators/coffee makers helped each family enjoy their own space. We look forward to another vacation at this home.
