Aside from how comfortable the home is, being so close to the beach and a stroll over to the little town area were some of the other highlights. Nikki and Terry were helpful and accessible hosts. I have stayed in Watercolor for 25 years and found this unit to be the cleanest and most conveniently located we have ever stayed in. Nikki was so forgiving about some wear and tear we put on the rental and kindly got a cleaning plan in place. I highly recommend staying at this property or any of her other rentals. ##### Tiffany H. The crib fit perfectly in master closet and the four year old loved the bunk bed in the room with the nanny. The location is amazing…steps from the beach and next to The Inn. This property was absolutely A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! The location is so close to the beach, all Watercolor amentities, Seaside, Grayton Beach, etc. Our family had a fabulous time staying here.
