A location on 30A that puts you a few blocks from the beach and a short bike ride from Seaside's shops, restaurants, and Airstream Row.

There's nothing to negotiate here. No one draws the short straw on the room. However your group is celebrating — you just show up and it's already handled.
Bringing Fido? Even the dog gets a vacation. One approved pup welcome with a $250 pet fee.

* THE SPACE *

Open, bright, and built for a crowd. The main living area flows seamlessly into the kitchen and dining space — easy enough for a lazy morning, impressive enough for a full group dinner. This is where the trip happens between beach runs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end stainless appliances, quartz countertops, and enough seating for everyone at once. Cook in when you feel like it. Order out when you don't. Either way, there's room.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS — (Sleeps 14)

Here's where this house really separates itself. Every single bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom. Five bedrooms, five full baths, plus a half bath on the main floor. No schedules. No waiting. No one camping out in the hallway.

Bedroom 1 — Ground Floor Primary: King bed, private en-suite, and walk-in shower. Perfect for grandparents, in-laws, or anyone who wants easy in-and-out without stairs.
