It's located about 2.5 miles from Seaside, which makes for a pleasant bike ride. However, the ride to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach is significantly longer—around six miles by bike—so driving may be a better option for visiting those areas. While beach access is technically within walking or biking distance, reaching the beach requires wading through Eastern Lake. Unfortunately, we encountered some unpleasant floating debris in the lake, which discouraged us from using that access point. My wife refused to cross the lake after the first attempt, and by the second day, even our college-age kids opted out of going to the beach. We ultimately chose to use the One Seagrove Beach Access, which is about 1.1 miles away by bike.
