The Space
With three thoughtfully designed floors, Coral Oasis makes traveling with family and friends easy. Kids can have their own downstairs hangout, everyone can gather around the kitchen and living room on the main level, and the third floor provides another spacious living area and comfortable bedroom retreats.

The first floor is an ideal secondary retreat, especially for families traveling with children.

Just outside the bedrooms is a separate living area perfect for kids, whether they're watching TV, playing video games, or simply having their own place to hang out while the adults relax upstairs.
This level also includes a full-size laundry room, direct access to the covered deck and backyard, and access to the home's attached one-car garage.

Free Beach Tram – Easy Beach Access
Getting to the beach is easy from Coral Oasis. The free Walton County beach tram has a pickup location approximately a 5-minute walk from the home, giving you a convenient option for getting to and from the beach without having to load everyone into the car.
Pack up your beach chairs, towels, and gear, take the short walk to the tram stop, and hop aboard for an easy, stress-free beach day. It's a great option for families and groups who want to enjoy the sugar-white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf while leaving the car behind.

Parking & Garage

The home also features an attached one-car garage. If you'd like to add a golf cart to your vacation, there are several local golf cart rental vendors in the area, and the attached garage is perfect for parking your rental golf cart when you're back at the house.

This home does not permit pets.
Renting guest must be a minimum of 25 years old.
We utilize a third-party concierge service that integrates directly with your booking channel to assist with concierge services, rental agreements, and damage protection requirements.
Guests will have the option to choose between a small non-refundable damage waiver or a credit card hold for potential damages. This information will be requested after your reservation is officially confirmed.
The guest making the reservation is also required to sign a rental agreement prior to check-in. Failure to complete the required information before check-in may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
Guests will be required to sign a waiver from the bike rental company prior to receiving the bike lock codes.
