Intricately and intentionally designed by Stock and Trade and located right next to the Tennis Center and less than a minute from Seaside, this luxurious WaterColor cottage has every need taken care of for your future vacation at the Beach!

Owned and managed by long-term WaterColor renters, your stress will wipe away once you enter. Perfectly situated right next to Seaside and backing up to a nature preserve, this cottage is just a short walk to the Beach, Camp WaterColor and all of the nature trails of WaterColor.

With a brand new EZ-GO Lithium Golf Cart, a new whole home dehumidification system and 4-bikes at the house, there is no need to even drive! After you have enjoyed the incredible amenities of WaterColor, fall into the incredible brand-new Four Seasons bedding in each room and enjoy the latest shows and movies on the brand-new TV's (with Netflix, YouTube TV, etc) with fast wireless internet. All of our bedding (duvets, shams, pillowcases, and sheets) are professionally laundered and pressed between every stay to confirm clean bedding for every stay.

Very comfortable

Great location within the community. Beds were very comfortable. Golf cart was great for getting around. With parking spaces hard to come by it was easy in & out everywhere we went. We would stay here again.

Amazing Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. It is in the perfect location in Watercolor, the included golf cart (with speaker) is perfect for getting around the community and to town. The house is well appointed with everything you need for your stay. Cannot wait to stay here again!

Paradise for our family

We love this property and our time at Watercolor so much. This is our second stay with Nathan and we had the best time. Beds are insanely comfortable and location is perfectly situated in center of all that Watercolor has to offer. Love the golf cart inclusion too! SO FUN.

Fall Getaway

This property was one of our favorites that we have stayed in Watercolor. Extremely comfortable, well decorated and maintained, convenient and the golf cart was a big bonus! The beds are some of the most comfortable ones Ive ever slept on. All around a wonderful place to relax and perfect place to stay!

Great Location

Location of the unit is perfect for access to the watercolor pools and beach. It is also a 5 min walk to Seaside which makes it extremely easy to go grab some food. House was clean and tidy and easy to access from either side of the Seaside.

The house was outstanding. It was very clean, and the location was perfect. It was great to have access to the golf cart and bikes. The hosts were very responsive anytime we had a question or needed anything. I would definitely rent this property again on our next visit.

We had such a wonderful time! This home was absolutely perfect for our family! Nathan was very responsive and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of through out the week. Awesome House

This was a great house and location to stay. The house was in great shape and very clean. Having the porch to sit in the mornings and evenings was so nice. The golf cart worked great. You can’t beat the location. And the host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home, close to everything

Our family of 7 really enjoyed our stay at this Watercolor home. It was close to everything we wanted to visit. The back screened in porch was our favorite hangout and the golf cart and bikes were so great to have! Our only complaint would be there was not much for extras in the house as far as kitchen basics, toilet paper, hand soap, etc. But overall a great experience!

Perfect!

We could not have picked a more perfect home for our spring break trip with teens. The location was great for walking, riding bikes or getting around by golf cart. Don’t want to stress over parking at Seaside, don’t! It’s walkable from this location. Camp watercolor? Walkable. The house was perfectly equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

Girls Weekend

We loved this home for our girls trip! The house was very clean, modern, and great location. Walking distance to watercolor beach club and Seaside and the golf cart was a huge bonus. The beds were incredibly comfy. We had 8 guests exactly but still feel like we had a ton of room. The host was very accommodating and responsive when we reached out to him. Would definitely return to this house!

Fabulous vacation for all!

Nathan’s property is perfect! The golf cart makes it fun and easy to explore this beautiful beach town! Nathan provides excellent restaurant recommendations and all the local activities. Felt like home

Upon entry, it smelled clean and was indeed spotless. Everything was thought of. Pack n Play to noisemakers for the kiddos. Ample space abounds within, and a screened-in porch and deck are spacious and well-appointed. I will stay here again!

2nd Stay & Adore This Property!

This was our 2nd year staying at this property & we absolutely love the conveniences of it! Nathan was super easy to rent from... the home is lovely, just as we remembered it. Tucked away, but in a perfectly central location in Watercolor. The beds were again hands down the most comfortable we've ever slept in at a rental unit. Golf cart was our go-to for the entire week. Wonderful back screened porch where we enjoyed coffee in the mornings. Overall, we simply adore this home! We will for sure be back!

Awesome House! Close to everything!

We stayed in Nathan's home and it was beautiful! Every thing described was accurate. There was great communication with him through out, even gave us a late check out which was appreciated. Bedrooms are set up nicely where everyone gets their own space. The screened in porch was awesome for breakfast and for watching march madness games. The house is beautifully decorated. the beds were very comfortable. Everything in watercolor and seaside were all a bike ride or golf cart ride away. The watercolor amenities were equally amazing. everyone was so nice and helpful. Only thing I'd mention is that the golf cart needs a service alignment. I would definitely stay at this home again when we return!!

Obsessed

This was our 4th stay in watercolor and this house was perfect for us! The golf cart was updated and battery life was great. It had a speaker which we loved! The property owner, Nathan, was super responsive and would respond back with any questions right away. We loved the location and the fact that this house was on a culdesac- it felt safer for our kids to run and play. 10/10 would recommend- we’ll be back for sure! Oh and the bedding and mattresses were SO comfortable!

A Watercolor Gem!

I’m tempted to keep this home a secret for myself, but the home and owner deserve a fabulous review. Wonderfully located between the Beach Club and Camp Watercolor. Very comfortable beds with nice quality linens. Extremely responsive and kind host. Golf cart with sound and bikes both included. Very clean property. We’ve visited 30A nine times and this was our third trip to Watercolor. I would not hesitate to book this property again. We are thankful they opened their home to us! It was a wonderful place to stay! Don’t hesitate to book; you will be very pleased with your experience.

Christmas vacation

Great location! Central to everything! Our family of 8 fit perfectly in this cozy house. Beds were amazing, the sheets were like sleeping at a high end hotel. The 3 king beds are such a bonus. My husband and I slept in the master suite, our newly married daughter and her husband took the downstairs king bed room and our 4 boys fit perfectly in the upstairs king bedroom with the 2 bunk beds. The golf cart and 4 bikes are awesome. We rented 4 extra bikes which is a must in my opinion…we biked everywhere together. We loved being so close to the tennis/pickle ball courts! We played every night. Would definitely stay here again.
