You step off your deck onto the sandy beach with a short stroll to the water. The Paradise Properties team could not have been more accommodative - great communication and intent on making our stay perfect. The bathtub faucet needs to be replaced. The bedroom nightstand had a clear bandaid stuck to it and I could tell it had not been wiped down. The floors were sandy as soon as we arrived. And the kitchen has ants and cabinetry that is in disrepair. I, of course, love the location on the beach and the bed was comfy. This place just needs more TLC for the price. ##### Tab C. I loved this condo being on the ground floor where we could sit on the deck to watch sunrise and sunset. For those looking for accessible condos, this one is perfect being on the ground floor, grab bars in the tub/shower, and being able to walk right out onto the beach and ocean front chair set up. While the condo could use some minor updates (couch is a little squeaky when sitting on it), it had everything we needed and the property managers checked in multiple times throughout our stay via text to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Great location right on the beach! This is my second stay at this location, but the first time in this condo, with this property management. They were wonderful and very accommodating. The only thing I wish this condo had that they did not was some lounge chairs on the patio. But other than that it was a wonderful stay and I would recommend it to anyone who is traveling with their spouse, or small group. Or by themselves! Location was great. We were able to walk right onto beach from condo without having to climb down two or three flights of stairs. Open the deck gate and step onto the beach. I could sit on the deck and drink my coffee while my kids played in the sand…I have never had such a BEACHFRONT experience!!! However, the lack of privacy on the deck area was less than ideal and I would highly recommend the condo be updated with more comfortable seating, black out curtains for the bedroom and a new dishwasher. ##### Sonya P. I love that we could simply open the gate from our porch and walk right on the beach. Hard to beat that. However, the condo is pretty dated and needed a good deep clean. The kitchen equipment need to be replaced. The bed was comfortable though. If you are looking for a peaceful beach condo without paying extra for high end furnishings etc, this is for you. ##### rachel f. When we booked the property, the property manager called me, giving me the third degree and telling me people had been dishonest, bringing more people than what was booked, etc. That was a red flag for me, but my husband told me to go ahead and book it. You can’t get on the internet with your computer or cell phone in the condo. You have to go outside on the patio to get service. ##### Sondra B. We had to drive our son down to stay with friends in Grayton Beach and were lucky to book this unit last minute and have a few days to ourselves at the beach. We have stayed in Leeward II units before and love the fact that you are right on the beach. The unit was clean and the communication with Paradise Properties was great. Apparently the AC died the day we were coming in. Paradise brought in portable units and had it cooled by the time we arrived. The bedroom unit worked great. The living room kitchen unit was not as successful but WAY better than no air (AC part did not come in until day we left). We were in the ocean most of the time so it wasn’t a big problem. The unit could use an update and definitely use a restock of kitchen accessories, pots, pans etc. If you’re there for the beach and going out to dinner it’s not a big deal but cooking might be struggle. We would stay again for location and beach access. ##### Stephanie F. We were enticed to book this property based off of the fact that it was beachfront. On our way into town, we received a call from the management company stating that after the last check out, they discovered the air was not working and was leaking into the wall. They said they would have some mini split units there for us and that contractors would be accessing during our stay to get the air fixed for us. Upon arrival, it was HOT and the units were LOUD. The nights were the hottest. I called and texted the mgmt company and no response to my inquiry about the air, but then received a call from someone that sounded like they were in a call center and assured we would receive some sort of compensation for our trouble. NOTHING. On our last day, we met some neighbors that checked in and stayed at the unit next door regularly. We told them about our air, and they said every time they have stayed there, the people staying in our unit have told them the same!!! Despite the circumstances, we made the best of it. We won't be staying at this condo or any condo marketed and managed by Paradise Properties again in the future. Also, please be aware, the washer and dryer is not in the unit. The kitchen cabinets are peeling and falling apart, there is chipped/worn paint on most of the trim work, the bathroom vanity and mirror are worn and paint has peeled on the mirror frame, the shower faucet has corrosion, the wifi was slow and unable to stream live TV, the back door doesn't lock it only has a PVC pipe to make it not slide open. There weren't potholders in the kitchen. The whole condo seemed to be very worn out and tired. General upkeep hasn't been happening to this unit.
