The space

Welcome to 'Emerald Escape!'

Perfectly located in the heart of Gulf Place, this spacious luxury retreat is designed for unforgettable beach vacations with family and friends!

On the first floor, you'll find endless entertainment for guests of all ages. The spacious game room features a pool table, foosball table, a large TV, and expansive sliding glass doors that open directly to the pool area, creating a seamless space for gathering and relaxing. Just off the game room, the convenient bar/kitchenette is complete with a sink, mini fridge, ample cabinet/counter space, and a large island with seating for 4. This floor also includes a washer and dryer, along with the first two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a King bed, a private lounge area, access to the back patio, and a dedicated hallway bathroom with a glass shower. The second bedroom has a King bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a glass shower.

Step outside from the game room to your own private backyard oasis, complete with a large private pool and hot tub, sun loungers, hammock, built-in BBQ grill, outdoor dining table, and lost of green space for kids or pets to play.

The second floor is truly the heart of the home, where bright, open-concept living spaces make it easy for everyone to gather. The spacious living room features a large sectional sofa, a TV, and expansive glass doors that open to a wraparound balcony complete with an outdoor dining table and multiple cozy seating areas, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or the evening breeze. Just nearby, the dining room offers a beautiful table and its own set of glass doors leading to a separate balcony. The impressive chef's kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, featuring beautiful custom cabinetry, two full-sized refrigerators, dual ovens, a 6-burner gas range, ample counter/prep space, and a massive square island with seating for 8 more.

Also on the second floor, an additional sitting area offers another comfortable place to relax. There's also a convenient half bathroom, along with two additional bedrooms. The master bedroom features a King bed, access to a shared balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower. The second bedroom includes a King bed, one Twin-over-Twin bunk bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass walk-in shower.

Head upstairs to the third floor, where movie nights become unforgettable in the home's private theater room, complete with comfortable lounge seating and a large projector screen. This floor also includes a second laundry room, as well as the remaining six bedrooms. Four King bedrooms each have access to a shared balcony and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. Two bunk rooms each include two sets of Twin-over-Twin bunks, and share a nearby hallway bathroom with a glass shower. An additional Twin-over-Twin bunk bed is tucked into the hallway, providing even more sleeping space for larger groups.

There is parking available for up to 8 cars in the driveway.

Guest access

Located in such a great area of Blue Mountain Beach! One of the most coveted beach access points with restrooms + lifeguards in season from 10 am - 6 pm is just down the street! It is known for its pristine white sand beach and quiet feel. Enjoy convenient access to Gulf Place Beach (and the fun shopping area there), and another convenient public beach access by Goatfeathers on 30A.

UNDER 5 MINUTES UNDER WALK to Ed Walline Regional beach access (parking available), Gulf Place Town Center, Shunk Gulley's Oyster Bar, The Perfect Pig, Cava and Cakes, Papa Surf Burger Bar, Growler Garage, Pizza by the Sea, Chef Bistro 30A, Renaissance French Restaurant, South of Philly 30A, Pecan Jack's Ice Cream and Candy, Chefs 30A Deli & Shelby's Beach Bar and Grill!

In 2 minutes by LSV/golf cart you can get to Stinky's Fish Camp, The Vue on 30A, Local Catch Bar and Grill, Cowgirl Kitchen, Mimmo's 30A Ristorante Italiano, The Red Bar, Blue Mountain Beach Creamery, Bud & Ally's Waterfront, and dozens more!

Also less than a mile to Point Washington State Forest with trails galore! Great biking all around!

Other things to note
-Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seaside to the East or past Stinky's restaurant to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Pool and hot tub/spa heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th. After April 30, guests can still heat the spa or hot tub for the same daily rate.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes, pool, hot tub, or other amenities provided to guests.
