Some of the kitchen appliances are a bit dated but overall a great experience. The only issue I had was a motion light in the bedroom so you do not trip on the step. Being this close to the square in Seaside, anyone knows that parking is limited in peak times, and without a designated parking spot, the few parking spaces they have at the building stayed occupied. I had to park more than 6 blocks away several times, and haul everything with me.. worst when I arrived, and when I left. Had some issues using stairs and elevator. The code for the elevator didn't always work. Also wished there was a keypad entry for the stairs so they could be used going up and down on both stairwells. Parking was also an issue. A parking space is not guaranteed onsite. When I did get a parking spot, the "street sweeper" threw up so much dust and dirt on my just detailed car. To the point I had to clean the windshield before I could drive.
