Here Comes the Sun is a luxurious vacation home with four bedrooms and two and a half baths. It boasts meticulously curated grounds, ample living and sleeping accommodations, multiple outdoor balconies, and stunning views. It can host up to twelve guests. Be sure to bring your family and friends along for a memorable beach vacation. Tucked in its own private world beside Stallworth Lake, guests will fall in love with the secluded location of this beach home. Live oaks and palm trees greet you upon arrival, and the contemporary Florida style immediately transports you to a vacation mindset. Inside, the first floor features an inclusive floorplan for the living, kitchen, and dining areas. The open kitchen is large and sunny with white cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, marble-topped counters, and a gleaming breakfast bar and stool seating. Tucked in a dining nook, a cottage-styled table with four chairs and bench seating provide an intimate setting for vacation meals. The adjacent living room includes a white loveseat, accent chair, and a TV. Sliding glass doors open onto a shaded, wrap-around veranda. The veranda has plenty of outdoor seating, allowing guests to enjoy views of the lake and bask in the perfect tropical weather of the Gulf Coast. The master suite is also located on the first level. It gives off a tropical ambiance and features a king-size bed, rustic dresser, and flatscreen TV. The master suite has access to a full en-suite bath, which has a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Only down side is that the home is beginning to show its age a bit and could use some more TLC.We had some minor annoyances during our trip: on 1st night we had to call maintenance bc the toilet in the upstairs bath was leaking onto the floor. They did send someone that evening to fix it. Unfortunately, we also realized that night that one of the sinks in the same bathroom was completely clogged and would not drain. We put off reporting it bc we didn’t want to bother with home repairs while on vacation, but just an example of some of the small items that started adding up. The home also provides a gas grill and propane fire pit for the upstairs patio. Unfortunately, all 3 propane tanks on-site were empty, so I had to take a trip to swap a tank at my own expense. Would have been nice to arrive and not have to worry about the propane. Finally, it would be nice if the owners would consider providing a few beach amenities such as beach chairs, sand toys, etc. It would also be great to have a simple kayak or small paddle boat available for use so that you can enjoy the lake that the property sits on!All in all, its a great property, but there were some things that we wanted others to be aware of before their stay!
