It didn't hurt that the weather was superb. every. single. day. :-) The location is outstanding. The added security of a gated property is important to our friend group. We received all the necessary codes ahead of time and got access to the unit on time. The unit is exactly as it is shown in the photos - clean, neutral, and very comfortable! The bunk room is tiny, but it worked for our kids - and there is a box fan that was in the secondary bedroom closet that we were able to use in there for some additional air circulation. The kitchen had everything we needed (although we admittedly didn't cook much this trip). I especially appreciated the food storage containers for leftovers/cut up fruits and veggies! My Vacation Haven provided cute little boxes with kitchen/laundry supplies and also bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap) to get us through the first few days. It has a great view--even from the kitchen. The washer and dryer appear to be new; i especially liked the refresh setting on the dryer. Although we didn't cook during our 5 night stay, the kitchen was fully stocked and very well organized. The starter packages for the kitchen and bathrooms are high end. What a pleasant surprise! I found the linens on the bed to be soft and clean with plenty of pillows.We did not use the bunk room but it looked inviting. The bed in the guest room was on the firm side but comfortable. The shades/blinds in the main bedroom are unique and pretty yet being thick and heavy, they got stuck while rolling up and down. Request for service was courteous and prompt. Loved the spacious balcony and outdoor furniture. Everything was as pictured and promised. This property was a perfect choice for a morher, daughter and six month old baby. The hot tub was as it should be. Pool was well maintained. The boardwalk to the beach was accessible from the pool area. It was in good shape and just a short, easy walk to the spectacular beach. We witnessed the awesome double blue moon while there and a beautiful, brilliant rainbow one morning when stepping outside for coffee on the patio. It really was a fun, exciting stay on 30A! Pro Tip: Ask the property manager (visible throughout our stay) before tossing out perfectly good food/products. It's likely someone in the area could put it to use. ##### Laura F. This unit is probably the cleanest and nicest we’ve ever stayed in. It also has a lot of space with the kids bunk room and extra queen bedroom. When I say clean I mean spotless, not even scratches on walls or anything. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated as well as all the different fixtures, tvs, patio furniture, appliances, etc. They even had a good stash of chairs and kids toys. Of all the places we've stayed in the area this is by far our best experience. This condo is beautifully decorated and conveniently located to everything you could possibly need.
