It is our second time to stay at Gulf Place because we love the location. This was our first time in this condo, and the view was really nice from this condo. It was on the small side for 3 people, but I did like the bunk area and extra half bath. I also like that the bunk area was away from the outside door compared to the master bedroom. This was an older condo that could use a little updating. However, it was very clean considering the age of the condo, and even the carpet seemed cleaned which is amazing since this is a beach area. I did wish there was a washer and dryer in the condo, but I am sure they traded that off for the extra half bath. There is a laundry room at the facility, but we didn't use it. The bed mattress was a little hard for our liking. We really enjoyed the stay. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals and save from eating out every night. Although the weather was cool for 1/2 our stay the beach days were great! Other days, great shopping nearby. Very close to the beach and several great restaurants! The ocean view was spectacular!
