The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Wave & See - BeachCrest 302 and had a fabulous and relaxing stay. Benchmark Management was on site and very friendly. The condo unit is updated with newer LVP floors, new kitchen and bathroom cabinets and countertops and newer subway tile. We loved the cozy beach decor and the shiplap walls made it feel very on trend. The beds and furnishings were comfortable. We loved the convenience of daily beach chair and umbrella service. Perfect location and amazing oceanfront views. A few minor suggestions: the kitchen was well-stocked, however, I would suggest having an additional set of stainless silverware added as some of the set is missing pieces. The main screen door to the veranda/outdoor porch was difficult to close and needs oiling or adjustment. While the TVs are updated SMART TVs with streaming capabilities, it would be nice to have the owners provide a streaming service with local channels- YouTube, Hulu. We had no problem logging in with our own streaming choices but would have liked accessing local channels.
