My husband and I can for the week and enjoyed our stay at Beachcrest. Everything was nice but the one piece of feedback I’d give is that some of the furnishings are worn out. For instance the barstools had worn edges and the sofa was stained from wear and tear. The toilet paper holders were rusty and there was a corner wall missing trim and trim that easily fell off on another corner. We didn't need the space, but if we had had someone who wanted to sleep there it would have been a problem. We didn't report it and should have. An excellent unit otherwise, and Benchmark is an excellent co. Its people care and offer help cheerfully. Location is great. We'll continue to use them, but this time there was an unusual situation. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was good and the communication with the property manager was good. However the condo was very dirty. The rugs where dirty, there was hair in the bed sheets, frond of the refrigerator was dirty, and the couches were disgusting. I ended up buying laundry detergent and washing the rugs and bedding myself. They only provide one roll of toilet paper too per bathroom. For a week with four people that is not enough. So if you stay here bring an extra roll with you. Oh and there was mold in the master bathroom on the ceiling. They did come and clean it after we complained. ##### Megan M. The property manager is also easy to access and quick to respond. We had to have the back of our toilet replaced during our stay and it was done promptly and without intruding on our time and space.This place is ideal for short trips - the beds aren’t super comfortable, towels aren’t absorbent, and there wasn’t good space for hanging towels or storing sandy items. ##### Sarah E.
