The condo was very clean with beautiful, updated furnishings. We loved being an end unit which meant no foot traffic between our unit and the beach, plus added light from the windows. We had very windy conditions during our stay which prevented us from being able to enjoy the beach as much as we would have liked, so the beachfront porch was very nice to have. You cannot ask for better access to the beach - literally three or four steps down and your feet are in the sand. Benchmark Management was great to deal with -- great communication leading up to, during, and after our stay. Very easy check in process. Accurate description and photos. The only negative was we didn’t have WiFi during our entire stay. We notified Benchmark day 1 on Saturday and a ticket was put in. Someone was supposed to fix it Wednesday. No one ever came. We notified Benchmark and nothing came of it. Because of this, we weren’t able to use our phones, watch TV, or use our baby monitor. There was also a small piece of poop under one of the curtains at check in, looked to belong to a small pet. We found it when we saw it in my baby’s mouth. ##### Molly S.
