An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Great location for a great price

I really enjoyed my stay here! It was exactly what I was looking for in a winter beach retreat. Gorgeous view, very comfortable bed, nice kitchen, high quality TV, heated pool, and direct access to the beach! The rug could use a deep clean or replacement, but otherwise no complaints. Really great value!

Excellent location

Great location, two parking spaces, luggage carriers, elevators, pool, beach chairs and umbrellas plus a good view. The furnishings are a little old but it still worked perfectly for our family. I would stay again.

Small bath toilet kept running about every third flush. Appliances appear to be from the ‘90’s. Not even a coffee filter in the property! I get rules and laws about food (seems salt and pepper should be ok!!) but folks can’t make coffee without a filter and they sell permanent ones cheap!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we enjoyed our unit. The unit could use some updating. There were two big negatives for me. When I turned on the oven to 350 to cook fish, every time I opened it the smoke alarm went off. Told the desk and they sent someone up who didn’t check it, just said if it happens again let them know. So after 2 attempts I gave up. The bed in the master is comfortable BUT HIGH. I am short and have hardware in my back. First night slept in 2nd bedroom then went to Ace Hardware and bought a stool. I feel like a stool should be in the condo. That’s how I got in bed every night. I knew to bring extra paper towels and TP. Unit needs more towels do you are not doing laundry daily.

I would install the ceiling fan in the living room instead of having a cord run up to it on the wall. It would have been nice to have had a fan in the master bedroom. There was an ironing board, but no iron. Efforts were made to bring me one, which I appreciated, but the bottom was broken causing water to leak everywhere. If it were my unit, I would replace the kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets. They are outdated. Even better a total kitchen remodel. Definitely needs a new refrigerator. I didn’t do much cooking other than breakfast so I can’t really speak to availability of all cooking supplies, but the knives are so dull. I couldn’t cut my pineapple or watermelon. They definitely need sharpening or to be replaced. At night the lights from the street completely illuminate the smaller bedroom. Blackout shades should be considered as my daughter had difficulty falling asleep with all of this light. Lastly, consider extra blankets and a throw blanket on the sofa for tv nights. I wouldn’t pay what I paid again for this unit.

Condo Needs Repairs and a Good Deep Cleaning

Location was great. Building was ok - not in great condition, but it has a really nice pool. Oddly, there was no security even at night and we never saw any staff. There never seemed to be anyone in the office. The pool was left unlocked at night - a safety hazard for kids. The condo was ok but badly out of date. Felt and looked like an old 1970s condo. It needs a good deep clean at the very least. Floors were not clean, sofa was dirty, sheets were cheap and sticky to sleep on at night. There was no dishwasher detergent or dish detergent, so no way to wash dishes. We didn’t realize that til day 2 and were leaving the next morning, so we weren’t going to spend our time driving to a grocery store to buy some. Kitchen not well equipped - a lot of mismatched cheap pots and pans and only 2 wine glasses. Only 3 cheap, flimsy plastic hangers - not enough for a 2-bedroom condo. Towel rack and toilet paper holder in the bathroom were installed cockeyed in the wall. There was a hole in the bedroom wall and hole in the screen to the balcony and burn mark on one of the bedspreads. No hairdryer - I’ve never stayed in a VRBO that didn’t have one. Needed one for a morning meeting. I might stay at Beachcrest again, but not that condo.

Perfect Getaway

Beachcrest 903 was just what the Dr. ordered. It was our first time in Santa Rosa and won't be our last. It was clean and had everything we needed, includind 2 beach chairs and umbrella. Perfect view of the beautiful golf. Was close to great restaurants in both directions. Would definitely stay there again.

Ways to improve the property

We loved the location, the beach chair and umbrella set up included, and the pool. This unit has poor pots and pans. They’re a very few wine glasses. The master bath sink faucet has very poor water pressure. The 2nd bathroom makes a very unusually sound every time the toilet is flushed. The furniture in the living space isn’t the most comfortable. We will rent in Beachcrest again, but will not choose this unit.

With that in mind- this place had everything we needed! I had read reviews of the place not having great pots/pans, so I brought two nonstick pans that I no longer needed at home and used them and left them there for future guests. The beds were comfortable, you could tell they have heavy volume of guests- so all the furniture was well used, but reasonably expected. The condo was clean- may have had minimal sand in places, again- as to be expected- you are at the beach. The back deck furniture could be updated- the table on the back deck is too large, could just be removed to have extra space. It would be nice to have a pull out couch- as my 2 children did not want to sleep in the same bed, so one slept on the couch. The bathrooms are rather small. The washer/dryer works great- although it is small and only holds small loads. The kitchen could use an update, but everything worked appropriately. No ceiling fans in bedrooms, I requested a box fan and received it in 1-2 days, so that was no problem. The elevators were quick, there was a storm that came in and the elevators were not working for about an hour or so- but that was not an issue. The sliding back doors were nice and seemed new, the blackout curtains work great, there were 2-3 beach chairs left, which was nice! I would have loved some sand toys to have been available to just not have to bring/take home sandy items. The pool was clean and never super crowded during our stay. The condo felt safe, workers were helpful, beach setup (when booking through benchmark) was a huge perk. We rented bikes with our credit through vacayzen and that was a breeze and super fun to have. The view was amazing! The water was rough- but nothing anyone can do about that- we couldn’t really swim the entire time in the ocean. I would stay here again! We enjoyed it!

Our yearly trip to Beachcrest on Seagrove Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming for years to Beachcrest Condos and are usually very satisfied with the condo we stay in.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay but the unit needed a deep cleaning. The area rug in t v area was filthy . The furniture was just ok and as with most rental units the furniture takes a beating . The bed was comfortable and sheets were soft and we had plenty of towels.

Great Girls' Getaway

I hate the part of trip planning where you have to hit that "Book now" button. You never know if the pictures and reviews are real. You never know if your other travel partners are going to question your choice. But....I am glad I finally picked this place. It was a perfect space for us to base our long weekend out of.We loved having two large beds rather than one room having twins. We loved two separate full baths. We loved having a kitchen. And we loved being right on the water with beautiful views from the balcony. Having the beach chairs and bikes included made it even more enjoyable. A non crowded pool with lots of available lounge chairs was a bonus. The location relative to the other touristy spots was perfect for us to go north or south in the evenings to find a wide variety of places to eat and drink and listen to music.We only had two issues: The toilet in the front bathroom broke after the first flush. My friend just opened the tank and manually pulled the chain to flush for the first couple of days. Eventually we reported it and they came quickly to fix it. But it broke again after the next flush..... She lived with it and just told them about it when we left. Was not a big deal to her but I can see how it would annoy others, especially if you have kids that need to use it more often than just one adult did. Second, the last night there I noticed two roaches crawling from the closet to under the bed in the main bedroom. I was only quick enough to smash one of them. Not sure where the other ended up (or how many others might have followed) because I didn't want to know!! It was the last night or I would have been a lot more worried about how many there were and where they were hiding. Again, we just reported it as we left in hopes they would spray before the next guests arrive. And I was very careful as I packed my suitcase that had been sitting o

At least a washcloth a day.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the perfect spot on the beach!!! We will be back! The rental was clean and furnishings were nice. The kitchen could use some baking pans, there was only a pizza pan that we baked biscuits and other things on. We rented bikes and it was fun riding to Seaside and all the other places nearby.
