Great location, nice new renovation in established setting

Easy to find, just at the end of "main street" with bar and restaurants. Natural preserve equally close in other direction. Unit is a nice newly renovated 2/2 set up with a jack and jill between the 2 BRs. The other full bath is upstairs in the main living area. Super clean and equally comfortable, will definitely stay here again!

Grayton Stay

One of my favorite locations in 30a! We came here to see Brian Kelley perform one of his Surf Post Sessions. The unit is in the perfect location for everything we wanted to see and do. It was just my fiancé and I and we loved our stay here. Plenty of room, comfortable bed, stargazing from the top floor deck, walked to Chiringo and the beach at sunset. We also had plenty of room to park our Bronco, in Grayton parking spaces are gold so this was a nice feature. We didn’t want to leave and are hoping we can book this unit again in the future. Thank you for hosting us!

Great location, not so great everything else….

I did not come on vacation to hand wash dishes before and after each meal. The request for wash cloths and hand towels was excellent but the handling of the broken dishwasher is still unresolved. And please update your dishes. Ikea sells 4 pc place settings for $20, buy 3 for $60.00. Not happy and was expecting a compensation consideration and still am. Sofa squeaky and uncomfortable. TV situation is difficult to navigate. Not enough soft seating in living room area for 6 people. Missing some furniture that was pictured in the listing, lots of steps to living room and kitchen area. Location and easy parking was the best part of this rental. Beds and bedding were comfortable . Water pressure is good.

Perfect vacation

The house is a close walk to the beach and literally 50 steps from the Red Bar. Everything was so convenient. The beds were super comfortable. This house is perfect for a family of 4. We will be back.
