Located in a quiet area of New Grayton, just 150 feet from the beach walkway, this end unit condo is an old favorite and so close to the water, you can easily hear the calming sounds of the surf and feel the cool gulf breezes.

Private porches with access from the master bedroom and living room provide the perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying the salt air. With new wood floors throughout, guests will find the bright, open floor plan both comfortable and cozy. Chic details and modern accents allow this newly refurbished unit to ooze character and charm. Once you’ve visited Grayton Beach Villas 103, it will quickly become your ‘go to’ vacation spot year after year.

Perfect location, beautiful condo!

My sister and I spent the weekend enjoying the Florida sun. We rented bikes, ate delicious food, and enjoyed the beach every day. The condo is as pictured - beds are so comfy and shower was a delight. Steps from our new favorite coffee shop and bar and right near access to the public beach. We can’t wait to go back!

Paradise on Grayton

This condo is in the heart of Grayton Beach-a block from Chirango's and two from Red Bar. There is beach access steps from your door, and everything is within walking distance which is why we booked. The king bed in the master was extra comfy, and the water pressure in the master shower was strong, an added bonus in the mornings. I highly recommend for a group of 4 or less. The only negative-there were no blankets for the sleeper sofa, only sheets.

Perfect Grayton Villa!

Our recent stay at this adorable villa was nothing short of fantastic. The property was cute and quaint, perfectly capturing a cozy, home-away-from-home feel. The great location was a standout feature, as it was super close to the beach, making it convenient to enjoy the sun, sand, and sea at any time. It was also within walking distance of Grayton Beach's restaurants, and we biked to nearby Seaside each day. The property was very clean, and had everything we needed from the fully equipped kitchen to the unbelievably comfortable beds! Management was easy to communicate with and responded to a request for hangers in a timely manner! The only thing I would suggest for the property is a full length mirror in one or both of the bedrooms. We would definitely book this villa again.

Always love Grayton and especially love 63 Sandy Ln. We have stayed in a different unit previously but this one was an improvement with two FULL baths which is a necessity when traveling with teenage girls! Proximity to the beach is the BEST! Will definitely be a repeat booking!!

Great place to stay in Grayton Beach!

"Groovy Grayton" surpassed our expectations for a wonderful place to visit. It is full of high quality amenities (wine cooler, laundry, etc.) and is very clean and well maintained. The bedrooms are both good sized and there is plenty of room in the Living Room to sprawl out. Cool restaurants and beach out your back door that make the condo the best! Thanks!

Apartment was cute, clean, and just the right size for a group of 4. Beds were comfortable. Location was fantastic. The boardwalk to the beach was 20 steps from your door/car, with Chiringos and Red Bar steps frm the back gate. Aside frm the one trip to Publix and Rosemary Beach, you can easilyyy bike to coffee, pizza, a handful of restaurants, little grocery mart, and don’t need to move your car. Would happily rent it again and plan to do so as we love grayton beach. **put 5stars with “contact w/prop manager”, but never had to contact them so it may/may not be accurate.

Location, location, location….

This unit was fabulous! The location was perfect….You can throw a rock at Red Bar and walk right out your door to the beach boardwalk. The condo was just as advertised and had the perfect mix of modern meets beach decor. We would for sure stay here again! Quite possibly the best 2 bedroom find in Grayton Beach. Already looked for an open week later in the year but it’s fully booked!

Loved Groovy Grayton!

We have stayed in this building in another unit multiple times over the last 12 years. This was the first time for the groovy Grayton and we loved it!! So much to live about Grayton. This is super close to the beach, 2 minute walk to The Red Bar and Chringo’s. Quiet, clean and vet well appointed and updated! You won’t be disappointed.

Perfect, Quiet Location Near the Beach

Wow! This place is unique decorated and super cute. Beds are incredibly comfortable and so are the pillows. Walking distance to The Red Bar, white sandy beaches and several cute shops. We really liked how unique and quiet the area was in addition to its proximity to Destin, Watercolor and everything Grayton Beach has to offer. The hosts leave lots of special touches like fun koozies and shopping bags. Really sets them apart. They were even kind enough to send us a personal hand written welcome card. Top notch. Don’t stay anywhere else.

Nicely decorated and comfortable accommodations. The location is very central with easy beach access. We walked to lots of local restaurants/bars - nice to not have to drive. A sliver of beach view, otherwise you are looking at garages - so, didn't really utilize the porch much. Note that you are not able to have beach chair/umbrella set-up/delivery on this section of the beach - so plan on doing your own set-up each day. We had a frustrating check-in, as the door lock wouldn't allow access until 50 minutes after we were told we could check-in (4:00pm) - had to wait on the front porch with luggage and bags of groceries and couldn't get quick response from the management office. You can't check-in until after 4:00pm, but the office closes at 4:00pm. So, phone calls go to an answering service. This made for a frustrating start to the vacation.

The Groovy Grayton Condo was everything we needed and more. The location is perfect. The condo has a great layout and plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked. Super Cute! We have stayed in many VRBO’s. This one is one of our fav’s!
