My only gripes were that I didn’t get the best communication from the management company (sent them a message in November to which they didn’t respond until today after another message) & that VRBO charged us a $300 non refundable pet fee AND cleaning fee after quoting us a much lesser rental fee. ##### Blair E. This neighborhood is exactly what we wanted—quiet and close to the beach. The house was also exactly what we wanted. Living room—Has plenty of seating Kitchen—is beautiful and equipped with everything Bedrooms—Very large with comfortable beds Bathrooms—Has lots of counter space and drawers for your belongings Balcony and Front Porch—loved these Laundry Room—plenty of space to tackle some laundry Garage—has a ping pong table and plenty of beach gear. We appreciated the beautiful decor and the extra amenities that the host was thoughtful to provide. We used the golf cart while there, but opted for the short walk to the beach, which was only a half mile away, instead of using the provided bikes. We didn't get up time to catch a sunrise but saw some amazing sunsets and loved the white powdery sand! The food in the area was amazing and we especially loved the Watercolor and Sunset areas with their unique shops and restaurants. Apparently, the area doesn't allow any big chains, so it has a very local and laid-back vibe. We loved the area and the house and will definitely consider returning. ##### Donna T. Had all of the amenities including plenty of kitchen equipment for cooking. Perfect for our family. The golf cart and bikes were so helpful getting to and from the beach. The house was exactly as pictured and well kept. My only complaint was the first floor floors needed a good mopping. We had black feet walking around barefoot. Also, the pool code they gave us was backwards but not a big deal as a neighbor gave us the correct code. Other than that, check in was easy. The property manager was very responsive to our questions and answered our calls immediately. I would definitely stay here again. ##### Kara C. The build and furniture are all high quality and comfortable. We felt incredibly safe the entire time we were there. The golf cart provided with the rental is a game changer. It actually had some technical difficulties, but the property manager was on top of it and provided a backup. We also had some deer visit the backyard on the first night. Very exciting for the kiddo! One note: You will need to bring disposable kitchen basics. No seasonings, foil, ziplocks were provided. It would have been nice to not have to bring/purchase, but not a deal breaker. It was well-stocked with beach towels and beach equipment. The golf cart was so convenient and made going to the beach and surrounding areas so easy. My daughter and her friend enjoyed taking bike rides on the included bikes throughout the neighborhood. Overall, we were satisfied! The only negative things about the neighborhood (NOT THE HOUSE) were that a new home construction was going on right next door from 7am-7pm every day. Maybe I missed this info when booking, but had I known the amount of traffic and noise that would be going on next door, we would have chosen a different area. The other negative thing was that there were 6 very young adults hanging out in the pool one day drinking alcohol and cursing loudly nonstop. Several families, including ours, were forced to leave as they were being very inappropriate around young children. We really enjoyed the home! ##### Tonya B.
