Located in the heart of family friendly Summer’s Edge neighborhood in the beach community of Seagrove Beach, the 4-bedroom PLUS bunk room home sleeps 10 with plenty of space to spread out. Summer’s Edge is a uniquely quiet neighborhood with tree-lined streets that gives it that comforting, homey feel you relish when traveling with family. The new Greenway Station with shops and restaurants is right across the street from Summer's Edge. The neighborhood has 2 beautiful pools (1 heated seasonally) and a charming dedicated beach access (no private beach concerns) all within 160 yards (6 minute walk) of the house with no busy streets to cross. The very large Eastern Lake Public Beach access is also in our neighborhood so you have 2 beach access options. From the outside, you’ll be amazed that you have this towering home all to yourself. Upon crossing the first of three (three!) porches, you’ll eagerly stroll into the relaxing den. From there, you’ll be greeted with the spacious open kitchen and a dining room to accommodate all your guests (seats 10). There is additional seating at the eat-in bar for 5 more. A bedroom and full bath on the first floor are perfect for kids or folks with limited mobility. The second floor is home to the master bedroom, featuring a king-size bed, full bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, and access to the second porch for when you want to take a break from the action. Down the hall reside two other spacious bedrooms with queen beds and private vanity areas in a shared a bathroom. One final room is a children’s delight. They’ll just love the bunk room with 2 built-in bunk beds, perfect for late-night giggling when they think no one else is listening. On the third floor is where the fun really gets going. Enjoy the cozy den that offers pure relaxation with gulf views and sea breezes galore. This house was perfect for our group. My husband and I hosted our two grown children and their spouses, college-age granddaughter and grandson plus a friend each for a total of ten adults and three dogs. For the dogs, the fenced backyard was perfect and the gate that could be put across the front porch steps allowed the dogs to chill on the porch while one or more of us were sitting out there We took bikes with us but the four that were provided looked very good. Property owner was very responsive and helpful. Kitchen was well equipped. We cooked in most of the week and walked to two different ice cream places later in evening. Proximity to bike/walk path was perfect. Pools and beach very close and not too crowded. The last night hubby and I walked to steamboat grill for a date night. The FiveSeasons was equipped with everything our large family (and pups) could need, and Susan was a wonderful host. This house though had everything you needed. Spices for cooking, more than one pod for dishwasher, laundry detergent, towels for the week. Other homes furnished the bare minimum. Beach chairs, pull cart, and umbrellas. We enjoyed our vacation in this home. Our 15 year old grandson especially liked his third floor “apartment” as it was called. Thank you for sharing your. This house is perfectly situated at the end of a quiet tree lined street with a short walk straight to the beach. This beach is house is a home away from home that has plenty of room for extended family to relax and come together. It’s well equipped and the coastal decor makes for an enjoyable experience.
