Reviewer Comments: House was in a great spot. Size is wonderful. The furniture in family room is old and stained. Not inviting at all. The range hood which reaches to ceiling has several layers of accumulated grease. Area rugs were stained. Main floor shower head leaked disrupting flow .Top floor bedroom smelled musty. Area rug stained. Reflections was an absolute dream house. The pool was the perfect size and we were so pleased with the ocean chairs and umbrellas set up each day for us. Set up is good for families with children. Plenty of space for everyone. Two issues-the walkway to the beach is wobbly towards the bottom-we felt it may collapse . Secondly we didn't realize the number of steps to get to top master bedroom. As seniors would have loved access to the elevator. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the living/dining and kitchen furniture as well as the grease and mold on the cooktop grill. The main floor bedroom bathroom sinks were slow draining and clogged with filth. The ceilings fans were coated with grime and dust and the barbecue grill was not clean. The home itself is very nice, but needs a lot of deep cleaning and repairs. Items that we could have used more of were garbage bags, hair and body products, plastic storage containers with lids, ziplock bags, tinfoil, disposable dishcloths, disinfectant wipes, salt, pepper, cooking spray. In all the other rental/vacation homes we’ve stayed in these items were all included. ##### Wendy B.
