With young kids, the amenities in Watercolor were wonderful - pools, slides, playgrounds, trolly, beach access with towels, food/drinks at all pools, etc. The condo was perfect - the perfect location, patio, layout. We would definitely stay again. It was a 2 min walk to the beach, beach club and several shops. We also biked a lot which the kids and adults all enjoyed (note the property comes with 2 bikes, not 4 as listed but we just walked to the bike barn down the street for additional ones). I did a lot of research before our trip on where to stay, not being familiar with the area I was torn between staying walking distance to the beach or closer to camp water color. We 100% made the right call staying in this condo walking distance to the beach. The location was perfect, the 6 of us (2 adults and 4 kids ages 2-9) walked to the beach almost every day which was a quick 5 minute walk. We rented beach chairs and an umbrella, and had a stroller that was easy enough to roll right to the beach through the beach access attached to the pool. There was lots of little shops and places to eat within walking/ biking distance also. A big bonus was being a 10 minute walk to seaside! The watercolor trolly could pick you right up at the condo and bring you to camp watercolor and drop you back off on your schedule, so in my opinion that made it worth staying closer to the beach. The condo itself was a great setup for our family. Our boys loved the bunk room and my daughters really loved their room with huge bed (we rented a crib and that fit in the room as well) with attached bathroom. The primary was great, lots of storage for clothes and very spacious. We really loved all the decor throughout the condo and thought all the furniture was really great too- especially the large sectional! We also enjoyed sitting out on the deck.
