We loved the condo, however, it could use a new dishwasher, new mattress and pillows, and it would be most helpful to include a tv guide to channels as the tv is very confusing. ##### Carter M. Overall, we had a great stay, but be aware that this particular condo only has one wristband to access the beach unlike some of the other condos at Eastern Shores. It was difficult for us as a family of four to coordinate all being down at the beach or up in the condo at the same time. Also, the bunk beds are designed for smaller kids. Ours are 10 and 11 and could not even sit up in bed without hitting their heads. ##### Krista A. It was fun walking to Eastern Lake and to Beachy Bean Coffee Co. every morning for breakfast. Also, Old Florida Fish House was close and one of our best meals that we had.My husband was impressed with the new charcoal grills that were on property. The bed was a little too firm for me. The layout worked well for my husband, myself and 2 teens. I would rent this again. MANAGEMENT RESPONSE: The phenomenal view and uncrowded beach made for a fantastic experience. It's great to know that you had fun walking to Eastern Lake and Beachy Bean Coffee Co. for breakfast, and that you had a memorable meal at Old Florida Fish House. The building is right on the beach in a quiet neighborhood. My husband really appreciated how close Goatfeathers Seafood Market is; We got fresh shrimp for dinner almost every night.
