Family of 6 - adults & teens… Great space, location, communication, and very clean! We arrived HOURS early and were able to get into the house right away which was awesome! We paid to heat the pool and it was warm enough to comfortably swim at night but refreshing enough during the day. (Could have been vacuumed a bit better, but was still wonderful!) Was worried when I read the square footage online - thought the rooms may be cramped - not at all! Pool was nice, although cold while we were there, brrr. Porches were great and we easily spent more time there than inside. Pool was perfect for none beach days and evening swims. Pool deck was dirty and most chairs where broken. We found the walk to the beach easy. Parking is extremely limited. The property is older but kept up really well but in one part of the listing it says queen bed but in the 2nd part of the listing it says King Master bedroom in which i thought it was a king bed in that particular room but it’s a queen bed no problem but maybe want to update that information. The communication was good with the property managers When we had an issue with the fridgerator, the fridge was in demo mode and it didn’t get cold Saturday And Sunday in which our food went bad because it wasn’t cool anymore but they walked me through on how turn it back on Sunday afternoon Which sucked because we spent about $100 on food But overall the stay was great.
