Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

About the Vacation Rental Unit:

Designed across four spacious levels, this coastal-modern vacation rental offers multiple gathering areas, private bedroom retreats, and extensive space for relaxing and entertainment. The top level features a Zen room with a massage chair and waterfall feature, the primary suite, and a rooftop deck with expansive panoramic views. The rooftop deck is designed for gathering and includes a beverage refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, sink, large TV, gas fire pit with seating for six, a daybed, and two high-top chairs.

The main living level features an open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room includes a large TV, while the dining table seats up to 10 guests and the kitchen island provides seating for four more. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large refrigerator and connects to both a butler pantry and walk-in pantry. This home also includes a mudroom with a utility sink and three stacked washer and dryer sets.

A downstairs king-bedroom includes a TV, large closet, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third level includes a theater room with projector and seating for nine, additional king suites, a dedicated bunk room, and a private guest suite with its own living and kitchen amenities. The third-level wraparound deck connects to a spiral staircase leading directly down to the pool area. Outside, the pool deck offers a large private pool, lounge seating, an outdoor kitchen, grill, and outdoor shower.

The home includes a 3-car garage plus driveway parking for 1 additional vehicle.

Parking is limited to designated parking areas only and street parking is prohibited by the HOA. A valid parking pass is required for each automobile and cars without permits are subject to towing at the vehicle owner's expense.

About the Community/Property:

Located in Dune Estates of Seagrove, this vacation home puts guests south of Scenic Highway 30A in the heart of Seagrove Beach. After time on the sand, return home and enjoy the neighborhood amenities. Guests have access to the Dune Estates community pool and tennis courts. The neighborhood is tucked close to the Gulf while providing convenient access to the restaurants, shopping, beach communities, and outdoor attractions that make 30A a favorite Northwest Florida destination. Nearby Gulf beach access is approximately half a mile away, making beach days easy to work into your stay.

Other details to note:

Two outdoor rinse-off areas are available to guests: 1) a beach shower is located near the garage and 2) an outdoor shower is located on the pool deck. Guests are asked to rinse off after returning from the beach as well as before and after pool use.

Laundry capacity in this home is exceptionally generous. There are three stacked washer-dryer sets in the main-level mudroom, the guest suite includes another washer and dryer, and the primary suite includes an additional laundry pair. Before using the washing machines, please ensure that sand has been rinsed from clothing, towels, and other items. Please remember to clear the lint filter after each use.

A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes' policies else face fees and/or eviction.
