We had 3 little kids with us. I know that it is legal, and as adults, we walk right past it, but the kids, wow! This is not the owners fault at all! We were on the lower level and we could hear everything from the upper level. This was a very big disappointment. I dusted the rooms because there was dust on all fixtures. The refrigerator must of had a quarter inch of dust on it. Kitchen was fully stocked with many great amenities. They advertised barbecue grills. Everything was immaculate. All the details big and small made it feel luxurious. The location was perfect and we enjoyed getting a day pass at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park… a true hidden gem for someone who enjoys a more private beach experience. ##### Ethan G. Mrs. Tara was quick to respond prior to our visit. Nothing out of place nor did we have a need for anything because it was there! It is just up the road from a beach entry point, which couldn't be more beautiful. The condo came with everything we needed. The bikes were a wonderful addition, allowing us to explore quite a bit of the little town. The condo village is very low key and well maintained.
