This ideally located cottage serves as a fantastic place to create cherished memories in the beautiful Seaside, FL. Guests can locate this gem situated on a large corner lot of Forest Street and Smolian Circle, only a 4-minute walk to the beach as well as a stroll away from the West Side pool. Arrive and park to spy this tranquil hideaway, surrounded by serene greenery and shade galore! An outdoor grill and shower can be found on the outside of the home, as well as plenty of yard space, making it the perfect spot for cookouts and wine or morning coffee and people watching in town. Step inside and into an open cottage foyer with the bedroom and bathroom down on the first level. The queen primary down has French doors that lead to an open-air outdoor porch with a trellis and two Adirondack chairs, the perfect escape for morning coffee. There is an adjacent full bath off the foyer entrance and a queen with a single vanity and shower only. There is a stackable washer/dryer on the first level. Head upstairs to land in a spacious, open floor plan on the second level, surrounded by windows that allow beautiful sunshine to radiate throughout the level. The second story features a kitchen to the left of the staircase with a compact fridge, microwave, dishwasher, two-burner electric stovetop, and coffee pot.
