Chalet By The Sea is a magnificent oasis that’s ideal for large groups and families looking for the perfect place to call home while they relax by the shore. With over 3,000 square feet of luxurious living space, multiple living spaces, four gorgeous bedrooms, and a heated private pool— Chalet By The Sea is sure to become your new happy place on 30A. The cobblestoned driveway welcomes you home and has parking for up to six vehicles. Once inside, the main level great room is completely open and features soaring high ceilings, seafoam green walls, and blond wood floors. In the living area, there’s a comfy sofa and two wingback armchairs facing the fireplace. Around the corner lies a media room with two sleeper-sofas, two swivel chairs, and a huge 75“ 4K TV, . The sofa, chairs, and Sonos sound system make this spot ideal for catching the game or family movie night. Back out in the great room, there’s a formal dining table with space for eight illuminated by an elegant, sparkling chandelier that highlights the unique barrel vault ceiling. The house is extremely spacious and accommodated our group of six adults and one infant easily. It is unfortunate that the washer and dryer did not work as we used the pool and went to the beach daily. Additionally, the televisions, though they were smart, were not intuitive. We also felt as though the Wi-Fi bandwidth was not adequate. Other than those frustrations, it was a perfect vacation. ##### Myna S. It is by fsr the best house we have stayed in the area. The floor plan is amazing, plenty of room everywere, beautiful all over , and has a huge kitchen and dining room for big family get togthers. Patio and pool are great too and the best part, less than 5 min walk to the beach. It has 4 bikes that the kids loved to ride to the beach. We also enjoyed the kayak and paddle board. The location was superb. A short walk or bike ride to the beach (which was never very crowded) and close to all that 30A has to offer. Minutes from the HUB, Alys, 2 state parks, Seaside, Watercolor, Rosemary, etc. Ideal location...close to all of the highlights but not congested/crowded. The home was beautifully designed and incredibly well kept. Plus, it had all of the amenities of home. Hollie was very responsive and went over and above to ensure we had a good stay including providing a pack&play, high chair and delivering groceries. We are very grateful to have had the opportunity to rent this property and hope to come back! We rented a golf cart and the kids enjoyed that + the bikes so much. ##### Dana M. The location is great, walking distance to the beach and a short drive from shopping and dining options. Linda was on point with making sure everything was to our liking, and the management team came in early Sunday morning to turn on the pool heater for us. The kitchen is fantastic, plenty of room to hang out while cooking and listening to music. Great appliances, really top notch. I'd recommend this one to family and friends. We were celebrating our Dad's 71st birthday and everything was just perfect, from the beauty of the home, to the small details our host Linda planned for us in advance, we couldn't have had a better experience. When Linda found out we were celebrating my Dad's birthday, she helped us plan a wonderful surprise that was there waiting for us when we walked through the door. A beautiful arrangement of balloons, cupcake and wine were the perfect gifts to help us get the celebration started. Needless to say, our Dad was overwhelmed with joy. It doesn't get much better than that. I would also add that the pictures that are shown online don't do this home justice. It is absolutely breathtaking. We will return again. Thank You Linda! This house was PERFECTION. Everything from the plunge pool to the beach wagon and bikes. We were greeted with a wonderful surprise of balloons and a beautiful (and delicious) strawberry cake! We had our groceries picked up by Hollie as well and she not only picked them up but put them all away. Coming in to our first day left nothing to do but get our suits on and head down to the beach. Speaking of beach, this was a breeze! Seagrove is just far enough away from the rush of Seaside. We never felt over crowded on the beach. Driving around town is a different story! (Make sure to make reservations for dinner in peak season!). We made the short walk to the beach, using the wagon and bikes. We loved having the extra chairs provided for the times we just wanted to go watch the sunset but we did rent umbrellas/chairs for the majority of the group when we planned to be on the beach all day. Just made packing lunches and coolers easier when that was all we needed to take. WE WOULD DEFINITELY rent this home again. Immaculate, well appointed, comfy beds/linens and nice open area for gathering. You can't go wrong with this place! ##### Ken & Melissa W. Beautiful modern farmhouse style mixed with a calm beach vibe, we felt relaxed and at home. We meditated and did yoga on the meditation porch, lounged by the pool, and enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The location was ideal - private but close to everything, just a few minutes drive to Seaside. We didn’t want our week to end. Although the wifi worked great, we were happy to unplug a bit for the week. We loved playing games with our three teens every night around the big coffee table and watching movies in the media room. The kids rode the bikes to the local donut shop one morning. We experienced several good local restaurants but also enjoyed cooking two nights in the gourmet kitchen. We all slept soundly and comfortably. Last, but certainly not least, Hollie’s hospitality was truly outstanding! She touched base regularly via text and made sure everything was just as it should be. She really went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had what we needed to feel at home. Really impressive! We are so happy we splurged on this last minute vacation and stayed at Transcendence by the Sea! It made our trip stress free and we made many lasting memories here. ##### Erica M. Reviewer Comments: As the second renters of this house, we were thrilled with so many aspects of it: the high-end appliances and cookware, the beautiful furnishings, the exceptional is more beautiful and well-built than most primary homes I've seen. While we encountered a few "Punch list" items which are to be expected with brand new homes, 30A Luxury Vacations were beyond responsive and accommodating. Though the pool is small, it was perfect for our 7, 4 & twin 1.5 year olds, though I wouldn't think it would please children much older than 8 or 9\. However, the beach is so close, I don't think most children would mind. The location is excellent in terms of proximity to beach towns like Seacrest & Rosemary; we rented a street-legal golf cart and took it to every town up and down 30A! The only concern (and why I gave a 4-star rating to safety) was that the house sits just off a very sharp and blind curve on a rather busy, albeit side, street, as it is the only road to get to the beach for many homes off 30A. In addition the driveway is partially unpaved rendering ride-on toys unusable and the bike path, unfortunately, didn't extend as far as this house. However, that was the ONLY downside to this house. (One more thing: though this house has an adorable bunk room, it doesn't have a bathtub. We found the oversized laundry room sink served as an excellent alternative for our little ones, though. In all, I'd rent this house again in a heartbeat. We had such a great time here. The location is absolutely amazing. A short delightful bike ride/ walk to the beach through the neighborhood.
