It is a 1 bedroom plus bunks with 1.5 baths. Perfect for a family, ! You can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine of the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The location is fabulous with all the shops and restaurants within walking distance. Beach access is across the street and you can enjoy any of the 3 pools and hot tub that are available within Gulf Place. Convenient and comfortable with decent amenities. The bathrooms were close together and both open to the bunk space, so very little privacy, but we were out most of the time so wasn't a huge problem. It would be helpful to repair the main bath fan to address the privacy challenge. Lots to do around the facility and easy access to the beach. Management was very responsive. The condo could use a few updates such as deep furniture clean, updates and cleaning of the bathtub area, although I know that is hard to maintain at a beach property, but it was not an issue for us. ##### Anne B.
