Please avoid blocking neighbors or driveways. • The home is located directly across from a beautiful high-end horse farm — you may occasionally hear or see horses, adding to the peaceful setting! • This is a single-story home, but there are a few steps to access the front door. • You’ll find original artwork and prints by Bradley Copeland displayed throughout the home — many are available for purchase. Please admire, but handle gently. • A Minut sensor is installed inside the home to monitor noise levels — it does not record audio or video but helps ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. • Dogs under 35 pounds are welcome with prior approval! Consumables have already been provided for the duration of your stay. To maintain the quality and cleanliness of our linens and Towels, we kindly ask guests to avoid using them for any items that may cause stains or discoloration, such as makeup, hair dye, tanning products, or coloring sticks. Many of these substances cannot be removed easily, and in some cases, the stains are permanent. When this happens, the linens must be disposed of and replaced, which comes at an additional cost. If our cleaning team provides a photo report of stained or damaged linens beyond normal use, a replacement or cleaning fee will be charged to the guest. House was immaculate and had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing - a true home away from home. Nearby Farm & Fire is incredible- great food, stunning bay views!! BH is not close to the beach, but it’s an easy under 15 min drive to Greyton and nearby 30A. The Bradley House was clean, which I greatly appreciate. The house decor/artwork was very alternative and interesting. The kitchen was stocked with the necessary tools for cooking.
