DETAILS: The Sand Box is a 6-bedroom, 7-bathroom beachfront home in Grayton Beach—a boho beach town—that sleeps 22 comfortably. Enjoy beach access less than 100 yards away at Ray’s Multi-Mountain Beach and explore the nearby rolling dunes at Grayton Beach State Park. With 4 covered beachfront decks, a private pool, and spacious accommodations, this home provides everything needed for a wonderful Gulf vacation.  
  
Enjoy the sounds of waves crashing against the shore from this spacious 2-story beachfront home. The ground floor is complete with all the amenities for endless summer entertainment, including a covered patio area with a wet bar and grill directly facing the private in-ground pool with rocking chairs, loungers, and a picnic table. There’s also an outdoor shower for washing the sand off your feet before heading upstairs via the in-home elevator. The first floor of this home is the epitome of elegance and comfort, with a welcoming great room filled with natural lighting from the wall of windows. A spacious living area offers Gulf-front views from the white linen sectional situated in front of the fireplace and TV. Enjoy access to the fully furnished balcony with an alfresco dining table and plush seating. The kitchen is every chef's dream, with marble countertops and a matching island doubling as a 5-stool breakfast bar. It has all the essentials for a home-cooked meal and more! This property is absolutely amazing. Everything is exactly as pictured. The location can't be beat, waking up to the beautiful view of the dunes and the waves was wonderful. The property is decorated perfectly and is very comfortable. Being able to walk to the restaurants in Grayton was great and we used the bikes to go to seaside and watercolor. Would definitely stay here again.

#### Great Location, Close to Beach, Clean House

Grayton beach was wonderful for our big group. The beach was close to the house and wasn't crowded. We could walk to a few restaurants and Seaside was a very short drive. The views from the house were amazing and the pool in the backyard was awesome. Despite the huge bunk room, the house was not especially kid friendly -- there was a plaque on the wall threatening we'd be charged up to 2,000 for stains on the couch. Overall, we had a great stay! We would stay here again.
