The home is located in the award-winning community of WaterColor, with a beach club, neighborhood pools, tennis courts, parks, and nature trails all around you. The first floor has an open living area and kitchen with a laundry room attached. The dining table can seat 8 guests for a meal. There is also a patio and screened porch on the first floor with extra outdoor seating. The primary bedroom is down the hall and features a king bed and private bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The second floor has its own living area overlooking the balcony with floor-to-ceiling windows. The next guest room has 2 twin-over-full bunk beds with twin trundles and private bathroom. The last room features 2 queen beds with a private bathroom attached and balcony access. Take the bikes for a ride through the neighborhood to the nearby Gulf for a quick, scenic adventure! My only feedback would be to provide hard copy maps of the Watercolor area (trails, activity centers, pools, trolley routes) so we can better navigate and explore all the neighborhood has to offer! House is beautiful, clean, and spacious, with nice decor and comfortable furniture. Floor plan was perfect for us. Bedrooms were much larger in person than they looked in the pictures, plus the bunk beds also have trundles for additional guests! Property has so many amazing porches that we enjoyed daily. Separate ice maker in the kitchen was an awesome surprise. The covered carport was excellent, especially when unloading groceries during one of those afternoon pop-up thunderstorms! Location was great! Two minutes to the beach club by bike or trolley, or maybe 5-6 muchminutes on foot.
